Location was difficult to navigate as it was right next to the customs so driving needs to make a big round to get everywhere. Nothing near hotel, only a convenience store at the foot of the hotel

Very nice big room, was given a free upgrade to 1 bedroom Seaview and room was huge and spacious. Bed was comfy and big. Breakfast had alot of varieties but only 1 chef for the egg station so had to wait for 15 to 20mins. Had free parking

The toilet smell mouldy. Carpark was like a maze quite hard to find as they shared with twin residence.

Hotel is near to CIQ. It is convenient for me and my family to move around.

The food was bad. Totally fisappointing. However the breakfast the only meal that is good.

1) A dead Cockroach was found in the small room in our one bedroom Executive room when we checked in the room! How did it even end up in the room! 2) Bin in the kitchenette was not emptied when we checked in with bottles thrown by previous guests in it. 3) Oily hair smell on almost all the pillows. Despite the request to change, noticed that the changed pillows too have oily smell. Has to put towel over it to mask the smell. 4) Shower gel bottle was not refilled so it was empty. Had to call housekeeping again to refill. 5) No direct access from main hotel lobby to the lifts to hotel rooms on the first 2 days we stayed. Didn’t know why they cordoned off the access. 6) The hotel looks so near yet so far from CIQ. Probably of the way road was built, taxi / cars have to make a big round to go to City square although it’s actually quite near. 7) Not working dish washing detergent bottle. After housekeeping came to “repair it”, it is still not working. That is, when u pump, no detergent is released. Has to remove the whole cover to pour the detergent out to wash the plate. The sponge is also used. Not very hygienic actually. 8) Is it common that they only refund the deposit 7-14 working days after check out? Hope they do the refund as agreed.

The room is very specious for 2 A and 2 C. Other than the dead cockroach, room looks well maintained. Not sure how new this hotel is but it surely looks and feel modern and comfortable except what I mentioned below about what I didn’t like about the property.

Due to construction and the hotel's location in the CIQ area, traffic to the hotel can be quite heavy.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Will definitely repeat!

There was an unpleasant smell inside the room when we first checked in. Had to call housekeeping to spray some air freshener to get rid of the smell.

One thing about the room was the smoke detector near the door. It has a green light that is always beaming and we felt that the light was quite flashy and prominent especially after we off all the lights. We did verify with the service crew that the light was normal which they said it was. Hence, if you are sensitive to flashing light, you might want to consider eye mask. There was also nothing much around the hotel to walk and the location is quite out of the way.

The hotel lobby was clean and feels welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable! Hotel’s service was good too, they dropped us a text before the check-in time to let us know that the room was ready while we were out.
