The tv remote cannot be used even after changing the batteries. So we cannot watch tv. There was no tissue in the room. Only toilet tissue in the toilet. The entrance to the room was not clean. Should get rid of the bath tub. Just have a shower is more practiical..

The staff was friendly. Could check in after 1 pm.. Room is big. Location is ok.. Shower is good.

An upgrades are needed to the rooms and the courtyard. This might help the overall looks and more suits with the 4 star rating. For entity seekers this resort is a must visit ( if you know what i meant). No room service provided during Ramadan month as the the kitchen team focusing on the Ramadan buffet. Sahur food is a reheat menu from the previous Ramadan buffet. I don't mind it as I do the same at home.

Receptionist Mimi and Maya was very welcoming and engaging. They were very helpful in accommodating all of my questions.The location was serene surrounded by the greens and not very far from the city centre and amanjaya mall. The Ramadan buffet was splendid. So many stations provided local and some Italian foods. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen team. The swimming pool and the gym was well maintained and cleaned. The housekeeper did well although some nooks and cranies a bit dusty.

- many cockroaches in the room of King Suite - time to upgrade/replace your air-conditions. 1 with unpleasant sound, 1 was leaking on the 2nd night - some plugs couldn't be used - sauna out of order? How old is the carpet in the room actually?

It was unpleasant stay . I have booked a king suites for 2person but they gave a 3bedroom apartment. Veeeeeery big for 2. But bed , mattress are very old. Service apartment but no plates . No glass for drinking water . And cleaning is just ok

There was no mirror in the rooms except only in the master bedroom. So need to share with other family members which is quite hassle. There was also only one dustbin for entire apartment.

Room : Light not working at door area inside room. It's quite dark! Comfortable : Extra bed not that comfy, matress thin, can feel the steel bed spring. Value for money : Restaurant limited menu, window view not that nice.

Accessibility 1. it is not suitable for elderly person with osteoarthritis as there are a lot of stairs. Room 1. Bed is quite old, you can feel the mattress spring and have this squeaky sounds. The pillow have some unpleasant odour. 2. The shower is placed in the bathtub. It doesn’t give the hygienic and safety feeling. The shower head is too low for an average person 3. A bit outdated (for the deco) 4. It is not sound proof. Can hear what other people are doing next door (pulling chair, closed the door, and other sounds)

This resort is located in a quite and calm area.

A part of the buildings are used as a foreigner worker's hostel. Not that they disturb the peace (they are all female), but the resort is supposedly exclusive to the visitors only.

The room is newly refurbished. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious even with a lack of choices.

The lighting in the room was too dim which always make us fell want to sleep. If brighter a little bit, it can bring up the mood.

The room arrangement was spacious. Easy for us (Muslim people) to solat. There were a variety of breakfasts to choose. I stayed during Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the breakfast matches the Hari Raya cuisine.
