The door lock looks very unsecured, and the air con suddenly went off during our sleep.

Just cant leave the food on the counter, too much ants around. To be honest, my trip was a bit disturbed when i saw list of dont's upon arrival. Too much restriction being highlighted.

The apartment was comfy and cozy, all were good except the process to check in, not that straight forward. Other than that, all is ok.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floor was both wet and sticky, so I had to wipe it down. The overall atmosphere of the LG level felt eerie. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch TV because there wasn't a single available channel. I reported the issues to the person in charge, but nothing has improved so far.

The room is quite spacious. There's ample parking available, making it ideal for a family vacation. Considering the spaciousness, amenities, and location, the rate is excellent value for money.

Quiet isolated location which is good for relaxing. Nearby town is 30min drive. Facilities is good. Check in & out is easy process. Playground available for children. Swimming pool and cafe for fun time.

Away from shops and eateries. Have to drive out to find food. I suggest have a convenient store at the premise.

The room lacks a balcony and requires improvement in cleanliness; there are noticeable hairs on the floor and it hasn't been vacuumed. The toilet bowl and walls also need better cleaning. The cooking utensils need upgrades and additions, such as providing cleaning cloths, pots, cutting knives, etc.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, had 2 sets of fork and spoon, 1 big bowl and 1 plate and glasses. That’s all. Compared to Expressionz in KL, kitchen was better equipped. And the only place to eat was Doubletree Hilton and it’s expensive. Either then that we have to drive out 30mins to town apparently. And the roads are dark coming out from the apartment to the main road/highway. And it’s 35 mins with no jam to Lumut town .

It’s large and clean, comfy bed, big and clean bathroom.

The back of refrigerator is not cleaned (that day I saw spilled food and clam shells). Under the bed (there is trash and dust)

Very satisfied with the room i booked. Spacious room, big toilet n comfortable bed ( sofa bed also provided). The facilities are complete n suitable for a family vacation. Kitchen also provided, so u can cook bcs this hotel quite far from market or restaurants. But, kitchen utensils not complete, please bring your own. They only provide 1 frying pan, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups,2 glasses n 2 pairs of spoons n forks. Swimming pool & playground available.

I'm quite shock with the check in counter. And also the staff during check, was a foreigner staff,just wearing a short pants, and really not professional. Please provide a nice check in counter and professional staff. Its quite scary for a woman to check in with the staff behave like that.

Quite far from f&b, only coffee house golf club & hotel double tree hilton are nearby. Can bring our own food there.

The apartments with 2 rooms are spacious & clean, complete with amenities needed.

The apartment was big enough for me n my 5 children..we can do light cooking, but don't forget to bring the utilities for kitchen if you when with ur family..other than that it was good..can't wait to come back for family vacation after this..😄

The entire property on the outside look quite old. There are many insects around, must keep doors closed. Cooking is not encouraged, very minimal kitchen utensils, must bring your own bowls, plates and cups. Any request for additional bottled water,toilet rolls,pillows,blankets,towels & etc need to charge. Early check-in need extra charge. Only can use swimming pool and playground. Balcony is not usable, it's dirty and filled with insects. Not encouraged to come during school holidays as the pool will be crowded.

The unit inside is very quiet,clean and with privacy even though on the outside looked rundown . Aircond is cold enough. Bathroom is clean. Room is spacious. Very comfortable stay so far.

Our room located at 2nd lower ground floor. Quite creepy and only us at the level. No elevator and dim stairs. We need to step down 2 level from the ground floor. Its like stepping down to cellar. My advice, do not go out when sun goes down. Its so dark outside.
