No parking being provided for hotel guest. Maybe suggest getting designated parking surrounding property for guest to park their cars. :)

Food is yummy, hotel is clean and overall experience for solo traveller meeting expectation. The artwork/painting displayed are exceptional and to my liking! Will definitely come back for more. Didn't get to try the restaurant at the roof/hotel area as it was already closed by the time I got there.

As the hotel is located in the city center, street sounds and prayers from the nearby mosque start as early as 5am and the windows are not sound proofed. Neither are the doors as we could hear guests reveling.

We love the eclectic feel, the impeccable breakfast, the staff and service were excellent and the location was interesting as it was located conveniently near Chinatown and in the city center. We also tried the flotation pods and it was a really interesting experience all in all.

Breakfast was inclusive and just awesome. The presentation of all the food was wonderful. We had lunch there too one day. Ambience and staff exceptional. We regretted not staying here longer. It was perfect. The room facilities exceeded expectations. Tastefully decorated and I loved the high ceilings in this iconic building. We loved the little touches like the cups and coffee maker, the robes, the Lululemon yoga mat, and the Dyson hair dryer. It all felt like a 5-star experience.

The breakfast isn't buffet style. It's a menu where you choose starters and mains.

The staff were super! I am so happy to have chosen this hotel. The place is super clean, super fancy and has an amazing historical background. Location is right next to petaling street market. I informed the hotel that I am celebrating my birthday weekend and they prepared a sign and mini cake! Greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. You can liaise with just about anything through WhatsApp at any time.

The room layout could be inconvenient for friends staying together as the toilet is separated from the shower room. So you would need to plan strategically when taking a shower. Also, the hairdryer is located within the closet, and that’s where the mirror is too, which makes drying hair very inconvenient because you would need to move the clothes away just to blow dry your hair.

The hotel’s location is superb for moving around. The bed is comfortable.

Not really sound proof, can hear noises outside but it could also be that the hotel level I’m staying at was quite low. Location can be very crowded and theres jam all around, have to wait for quite a bit for grab to arrive.

Aesthetically pleasing, staffs were very fast in attending to my needs, breakfast provided was amazing as well!

Inconsistent service from morning shift staff at the Raw Kitchen Hall, especially with coffee orders being forgotten despite being requested twice.

Sophisticated and beautifully decorated interior. Quiet nights at Sutera Suites with solation windows. Hidden gem atmosphere in Petaling Street. Delicious breakfast served.

Toilet is separate from the shower area. The light switches are not all individually separated so a bit of navigation is needed to ensure the correct light is off

The place screams luxury! Eventhough it seems small, but it’s truly a luxurious hotel. Dyson hairdryer in the room.
