The bed spread was not changed as hair was still on it. Toilet floor / toilet seat has rust stain marks and the shower head is broken which makes the flow like water coming out of tap. The aircond has never serviced for sometime I think bcoz it was so dirty at window of the aircond which u can a thick dust. They served food & drink but never ask what we would like to have for drink coffee or tea. They could have just served nasi lemak bungkus rather than serving fried rice with sambal in the morning...... If they can improve those areas I think it will be a great place to stay..... As I said the lobby really nice...... Arabic decor......

The lobby area was very nice setup and big window in the room was nice. Actually I upgraded the room from basic to standard which they said the basic room has no window & limited space. I changed as per recommend by the receptionist......

- room was not as clean as i wanted it to be, there were still sand remnants on the bed and floor. - shower is a see through shower, if you’re going with a family, might not be suitable if it’s not a couple as there’s no curtains to pull while taking a shower - breakfast, went there with my wife, we were served and not given any option. we were served 1 nasi goreng and 1 nasi lemak along with 1 tea and 1 coffee. I think it was fine, but it could’ve been bettwer if they just gave us the option to choose. - overall was a decent stay

no cupboard for putting my luggage...n sliding door cannot close properly..n 1 more thing pool a little bit dirty...not clean enough especially the water...

Cleanliness. Poor cleanliness, there are hairs inside the toilet and the floor is wet when check in. There is even used shower cap hanging at the wall. Hotel room: old design and you need to climb up stairs. Facing problem with the water supply. Once open the tape, water keep on pumping. Totally difficult to take shower. The room only have 1 electric socket for 2 people's room!!!
