The cleaniless at the breakfast area needs to be improved. So many countless flies all over the buffet area and eating area. Need to eat and at the same time watch out for the flies. Brought along my 1 year old son and was so scared we will have diarrhoea after tat. Thankfully we did not.

Food choices at the hotel were limited.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Panoramic room was very nice and was very comfortable. We called for the buggy to pick us up from our room when it rained and although they said to allow 15 mins, the buggy was always at our doorstep a lot faster. Overall a very nice experience.

Facility needs upgrating and some TLC. Lack of furniture in the room. There was only one chair, and no table was available inside the room to sit and enjoy a tea/coffee.

Location was perfect. Was peaceful and quiet. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was mind blowing.

The private beach was full or garbage. The staff there did not be aware of cleaning. The hotel should do more about it. There was not alcohol drinks in the beach, not even water. It were juices and coca cola. The pool had some green moho .

The only thing I didn’t like was, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant which was a bit of a disappointment. But the food was great, very tasty and the variety for the buffet was amazing.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Lexis Hibiscus, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have not seen where the staff was so friendly and accommodating to every visitor. The rooms are clean, I can understand the rooms are exposed to the sea as you can see a bit of wear and tear. It’s not that I’m complaining just because of the price you pay I would expect a bit better for the value for my money. Overall the location is great everything was very good.

The room is very bright once the sun rises. Kids or no kids, it's very difficult to stay asleep past 7am because the room is so bright once the sun is up. Black out curtains that reach past the top of windoe would be a fantastic addition.

This is a great location for adults and children alike. The private pools are fantastic because it means you can relax in the privacy of your own space. Breakfast options are tasty and the room service menu is more than adequate. Shamyli (I hope this is the correct name spelling!) was a fantastic buggy driver who was really friendly and great with our toddler. His magic tricks were appreciated by young and old!!

The staff are friendly and efficient in helping out for any need. Night swimming in the pool with self-playing music is good.

I didn't like the pool it too small, but for those who bring children is ok. Night time not much entertainment. The location far from city. Although my room face sea view but unable to view sunrise or sunset.

I like the breakfast buffet, many variety to choose. The room is spacious & face sea view. The staff is very helpful.

The floor a bit dirty..sauna room can't be used.

The only thing disappointing is the breakfast. For the price paid, expect a 5 star breakfast but it was average. Having said that, the food and drinks were refilled almost instantly and the staffs were helpful navigating us to the table for 7 persons and assisted us with 2 young kids

We loved the room with 2 king size beds and a private pool. The room and the toilet are spacious and clean. The pool is decent size with 1.2m depth, it fits 2 adults and 2 young kids (can fit 4 adults easily). The hotel staff allowed us to check-in 1 1/2 hours earlier, it was a pleasant surprise when several places planned for the day were not available due to Raya holiday. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The services were excellent. Buggies, when needed were available and pretty efficient despite the 70% occupancy rate during our stay
