Everything went well. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. It has been a wonderful experience for family and I. I've stayed there for quite a few times and will continue to do so, provided that the maintenance and the service are maintained.

I would like to thank to Mercure staff I enjoyed my stay. Our 10th year anniversary was awesome. They surprised us with room decoration. And cakes and lovely notes by their liyana thank you so much. I definitely will share my experience with family and friends thank you again. Very friendly staff.

I think the towels in our room could be softer

This hotel is superb. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. We parked our car in a modern parking lot. The check-in process was very pleasant. We received a nice surprise—a coupon for free ice cream at the hotel's café. The beautiful design of the reception area and, as it turned out, the entire hotel made us smile often. There were some details regarding the use of plastic. For example, instead of plastic bottles, there is a water filter in the room. The toiletries are packaged in paper, not plastic. Even the toothbrushes and room key card are made of wood. Our room was very clean. I would like to highlight a few important things for me: the shower in the bathroom works well, the fridge in the room is silent, there are no strange smells, beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, silence, room cleaning. There is a rooftop bar overlooking the city. There is also a pool and a gym there. There are even clean towels, so you don't have to bring your own. The breakfast is very diverse for both children and adults. The hostess at the buffet entrance had a nice chat with me. I also visited the coworking floor: stylish space, there are small rooms for work and conference rooms. There is a cool bar opposite the hotel. There is also a large shopping center nearby, which I think is visited by everyone who comes to Miri. This is our third trip, and now I want to stay only at this hotel. Additionally, I've discovered that this hotel chain has properties in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, and I'm excited to try them as well.

While the bathroom was flawless, the only complaint was that the toilet itself doesn't flush very well. The shower pressure could be a tiny bit stronger.

The hotel's modern design can fit into any metropolitan city. The room was very clean and ample sized, with the luggage rack in the bathroom which makes it convenient after a shower. Bonus was the freeflow drinking water from the tap. The toiletries provided were really nice and included conditioner. The mattress was firm, with 2 pillows per guest. The staff - from the parking security to the front desk - were really helpful. The automated parking space is interesting (albeit slow). The rooftop bar/restaurant is gorgeous.

The rooms were not sound-proof enough. Could hear other guests from nearby rooms especially as they had kids. Bed was comfy but pillows did not match comfort level. The TV audio had static issues and connectivity was also problematic.

It was vibrant, beautiful decor, very clean. Bed was comfy, location was super convenient. The towels and bathrobes were clean & comfy. Room was sufficiently-sized and cozy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel right in the heart of town, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Whether it was the use of energy-efficient lighting, the implementation of recycling programs, or the sourcing of local and organic products, it was clear that sustainability was a top priority for the hotel. One thing that particularly resonated with me was the hotel's initiative to reduce plastic waste. Instead of single-use plastic bottles, they provided guests with reusable alternatives, such as refillable water stations and glass bottles. It was refreshing to see a hotel taking proactive steps to minimize its environmental impact while still providing excellent service and comfort to guests. Beyond their internal efforts, the hotel also seemed deeply invested in making a positive impact on the community and the environment. They supported local conservation initiatives and engaged with environmentally conscious organizations, demonstrating their commitment to being responsible corporate citizens. Overall, my stay at this hotel was not only enjoyable but also incredibly rewarding. Knowing that I was supporting a business that shares my values of sustainability made my experience even more fulfilling. I applaud the hotel for their dedication to making a difference and hope that more establishments will follow their lead in prioritizing sustainability for the betterment of our planet.
