The beach was not the best in PD, the water contains sawdust.

The carpark smelled of sewer. The children swimming pool was nice. The children enjoyed the mini water playground. However the deep pool was slightly dirty and smelly.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The kids pool, and easy excess to a very beautiful and clean beach. Book this hotel because of the kid pool and it is really not disappointing, kids love it very much, is fun. Staff very nice, send hair dryer to my room upon requested. Breakfast also very nice, the nasi lemak sambal is delicious. Breakfast variety also quite many even during bulan puasa.

CAN IMPROVE MORE ON THE CLEANLINESS, STILL CAN SEE A BIT DUSTY AT THE CORNERS OF THE FURNITURES.

LOCATION IS GREAT, ITS JUST LOCATED BESIDE THE BEACH AND ALSO HILL FOR HIKING. THE HOTEL HAS THEIR OWN SWIMING POOL WITH KIDS PLAYING FACILITIES.

The reception is really unprofessional. I thought they wanted a copy of the passport and after that I asked twice for the passport number. I don't think I should give the same information over and over again. One of the worst receptions, considering that the hotel is trying to be nice not cheap. The private beach was a complete scam. Full of campers.

Check-in is slow and the room is not ready at 3 pm, wait for an hour only can check in to the room.

The room is spacious and clean; the swimming pool is clean and big space with a kid water playground. The location is near the beach, just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet is good and many choices as well.

I could only check in at 4.45pm because the room was not ready yet. At the reception counter, they informed me that the room was ready but when we went to the room, the housekeeping staff was still get the room ready. Next issue was with regards to breakfast buffet, the staff was slow in refilling the items and the utensils. I understand it was a peak season but management needs to look into it.

More international food choices will be good as the breakfast served was mainly local food. Found stains on towels and one of the quilt cover, should be old stains which was unable to wash away but called to get it changed and the hotel staff did it promptly. One of the room lock was spolit, we were able to open the door from outside even though we locked it. Hair dryer and small hand towels not provided in room.

Staff are polite and responsive to requests. Overall room cleanliness are quite good.
