Lift at the connecting bridge towards R&F mall undergoing upgrading (closed until Sept 2024 as stated on signage) so those with heavier baggage have to put in the extra effort with stairs.

Location being at the central, easily accessible to JB immigration checkpoint and nearby shopping malls. Tight security, officer on duty at all times, access to room floor requires your room key.

Room 1 Aircond not working well as it emits loud sharp noise after switched on for a while. The hall aircond also noisy. Luckily Room 2 is okay. Door latch wrongly installed. No inside doorlock. Please change the pillow. Many shops closed down. The mall is quite empty and boring. There is no convenient passage way to walk to the custom.

Netflix available. Clean. Spacious. Peaceful. Above the shopping mall. Feel safe, good parking lots. Nice, friendly, and polite staff.

The Aircon is above the bed and it can be very chilling when you turn on the A/C while sleeping. Parking can be a challenge cos lots are ready limited.

Location is good and the Apartment is connected to the mall which makes it even attractive. Room is clean and well kept.

Conveniently linked to the checkpoint by a covered overpass although it was a bit of a walk and involved a couple of stairs down and up again as the overpass isn’t completed.

A short walk from JB customs, fully sheltered. Relatively quiet place with not much people around. Has essential shops on ground floor. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff was easily contactable via whatsapp to address enquiries too.

For the record, I stayed at R&F Princess Cove, NOT Mount Austin, as was wrongly indicated in the messages I received for this feedback 1. Directions towards the property, and for Check In could have been clearer. I was just sent a bunch of links which I overlooked to open pre trip, and ended up going by a huge roundabout route over the flyover opposite R&F, and when we finally reached the property, we realised we had to go to 7-eleven to wait for onsite staff to get the access key. 2. Aircon in our unit was located DIRECTLY ABOVE the head of the bedframe where we slept. This made it very cold and we had to keep adjusting where we laid in the bed to get out of the direct cold draft from the aircon above. 3. Not sure where the ANTS came from, but they came pretty fast and stayed. We accidentally left some food (in a takeaway box) on the kitchen counter and went out for a couple of hours, only to discover the whole kitchen counter full of ants when we came back. And they KEPT COMING BACK even after we wiped down the counter w water and soap

1. Room was spacious and tidy, bed was comfy, overall everything was well maintained 2. Staff was quite prompt in helping w our queries on Whatsapp

Already told staff i will br driving, but i was only given the lift access card, staff left out the carpark card access. a little inconvenient. Building went power shut down, best to inform us upfront. may need to look out for ants and hairs. saw trails of ants at the entrance and kitchen. hairs foundon toilet floor.

Car park was a bit of a maze. Need to first enter the public car park area using TnG then meet the staff to get the resident pass, then exit public car park using TnG, then go into residents car park.

Construction ongoing infront.. bridge access was partially blocked.. so we had to climb down the temporary stairs with our big luggage.. decided to just cross the road with our luggage instead of climbing up a staircase to the linkbridge to the mall...

Place was clean & comfortable.. basically as per photos... Food option at the ground floor were not bad..

The parking is very complicated. Very difficult to find the exact place to park the car. The signage is too limited to guide the way to the block. Should have more signage.

Very spacious for a studio room. Very near CIQ. The room is very clean. Nice view of the sunset and checkpoint.
