Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeLack of hanging holders in the bathroom. There ain’t any complimentary water bottles. The worse is the poor signage to the carpark zone. We had to go round twice and security guard told us to park at the mall carpark. The breakfast mainly local cuisines not much international food choices.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I can see the Causeway cafe a couple of young men very hardworking to assist, clearing with speed. If the boss is to sit down and watch - they should be rewarded.

SingaporeBuffet breakfast was basic, can be better. Pillows are very flat and too soft. Bed not so comfy too, but it is of good size.
Always like to stay here as it is connected to our favourite mall. Love the window with the small sofa cos our 2 year old loves to sit there and look at passing vehicles. Service is good, they allowed early check in but not late checkout (guess that’s fair).

SingaporeThe bathroom can be a bit better in terms of the layout but overall it was clean. Although the breakfast had a good variety, the quality could be better. The pool wasn't big enough to accommodate all the guests so we did not use it in the end as it was too crowded.
The bed was very comfortable and the room size is really spacious. I also like the location as it's linked to the mall. Nice and clean overall.
