Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is in the heart of Bukit Bintang. I can even see the LRT station from my room window. You can easily find everything nearby (drug store, convenient store, etc.). It’s a walk away from the famous Alor street food market that opens until 2.00 am, and you can find moon Chinese beef roti that viral on TikTok just right across the hotel! The staffs are really helpful and informative.

SlovakiaThe building was made as a double square, so the entrances to the rooms were from inside - from the closed atrium, also window was oriented towards the atrium of the hotel - so you you can open the window - but it is useless, also when people were walking around to their rooms, you are always visible, so you have to use curtains always, so the room is dark. What was the biggest problem, there was kind of restaurant or something on the rooftop probably- so there was terrible noise coming from the roof ( or upstairs) - very loud music, a lot of people laughing very very loudly. I could hear all the conversations between people, I had to sleep with plugs in my ears, it was too much for me.

We just booked this place to shower before a flight, so didn't sleep in there. You get what you pay for - basically nothing. Rooms are not at all isolated from hallway noises. There are bugs inside the room, and it's super small. For a quick shower it's okay but nothing more.
