PakistanAccessibility, but i understand the limited footfall this place gets in comparison to genting highlands. The place has good exposure to nature, but I guess they can do well with renovating some rooms which allows people to get better comfort experience. Still the staff did all they could to make up for the any complaints we had.
Loved the stay here. Overall, i enjoyed the scenery, peacefulness, alongwith the nature exposure this place offers. Other than that, the staff was really helpful in helping us sort out a matter we faced, because of the insects. The manager immediately helped us move to a better room to make up for the inconvenience. Should have asked for the name. Great, getaway stay.

MalaysiaThe resort breakfast spread was quite limited. The food were mostly cold except for the egg station whereby it is made by orders. Most of the breakfast food were under-seasoned but i believed this is subject to individual preferences. The tea selection could have more selection as we are only provided with the black tea this time.
We love the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted everywhere we went. There was also a welcome drink while we were checked in. The resort took the effort to decorate the room and prepare the fruit platter for us to celebrate our anniversary staycation. The room was spacious and clean, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure was really strong too. We love our stays at the Château resort. Its was really a relaxed and peaceful place for staycation. There are ample parking and ramps for wheelchair friendly too with this resort.

MalaysiaTreatment at the Chateau Spa & Wellness after Covid is not as what we experienced several times before Covid. Before Covid, we were served for our breakfast..... during check-in, we were ushered to a special sitting area while the officer executed the check-in process. A lot of wonderful experience and stuff at the hotel were downgraded or no longer continued after Covid, even the coffee machine in the room was downgraded after Covid. Our room located very near to the wedding area and the loud music disturbed our peace stay (as it stated Spa & Wellness) but we had to endure the loud music until 11 pm because there was a wedding dinner.

United KingdomI enjoyed every part of our stay. The only negative I could say is that service was a bit slow by the pool.
The location was beautiful, up in the Berjaya Hills and about 1 hour's drive from KL. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, including live station for eggs and options for noodles etc. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, just like in the pictures. The staff were very attentive and helpful and although not all of them were comfortable speaking English, they always found someone who could. The Indian fine dining restaurant is really fantastic and worth the spend and the spa was also really lovely - overall we had a great, relaxing stay!

Excellent view, superb room, and a friendly staff from the concierge, reception (Ms. Nurmiza), restaurant staff are too friendly even did give me a rose for me to surprise my wife and a secured location. We are staying in 2 rooms a family suite, which is a duplex.

I like the welcoming and friendly staff, Mr. Mark who served us well during the stays. He introduced us by guiding us to the facilities available around the hotel and he was very helpful during our stays. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable.
