The lift service and the room cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly

There was no washing machine in the room or a laundry room in the building. I had to send my laundry out on the hotel laundry pickup. Got it next day delivered. Would have been faster with a machine in the bldg. Minor thing. The pros outweigh the cons by a lot. I Recommend this place.

The facilities are new, the floors look new and clean, tasteful design with a splash of colors of the rooms lobby and breakfast areas. My room has an excellent bathroom and kitchen area with a full size fridge. My room has an excellent view of the tallest building in the city. Swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of the city.

I do not understand some bad reviews about this place. Face style is perfect.

Everything was perfect. Good WIFI connection, amazing cleaning of the room, nice restaurant and the best is the swimmimg pool with incredible views of Kuala Lumpur.

Wifi in our room was terrible, how 9mbps is acceptable in this day and age is shocking. We contacted reception to look into this but they did nothing about it, did not even follow up. Another shock was the refund on deposit which was 2 weeks to 1 month depending on the type of payment method??? first time ever seeing something like this.

The room was spacious and very clean. There is a grocery store less than 2 minutes from the hotel which was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was nice. The staff during breakfast were attentive and helpful.

The hotel has amazing rooms, it is fully equiped. The rooftop pool has the best view possible. You have a nicely equiped gym with an beautiful view as well. There is really nothing to complain.

Nothing to dislike everything was perfect.

I loved the face style hotel. Its one of the best hotels I have stayed in with lovely spacious and clean rooms and beautiful views of the petronas towers from the roof top infinity pool. The staff was very helpful especially the bell boy Shah. He always greeted you with a smile and was very helpful. Loved my stay at the face style and will definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to all the attractions such as the petronas towers and the suria klcc mall and the KLCC Park and other attractions are close by.

Pool needs to be sanitized every day. Many people complained about the cleanness of the Pool.

One small thing : no hand towels in the bathroom

Perfect location and high level of comfort. Close to the famous Petronas towers and their magnificent shopping centre. Easy access to public transport. The view from the roof swimming pool will take your breath away.

Lifts do take a while, but it's a big building so unfortunately comes with the size.

The hotel is conveniently located close enough to the Petronas towers, KL tower and Berjaya Times Square - we were able to walk to the Petronas towers or get there with the scooters. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, bathroom is well laid out. There's a great view from the room of KL Tower or Petronas towers, depending on which side. The pool view is incredible and the infinity pool is truly incredible.

There seems to be poor management or coordination of the lifts. Had to wait for several rounds as all the lifts arriving were full, and in the end enter a vacant lift going the other direction in order to make it.

It was very difficult to get in touch with the front desk. We needed a few things sent up or replaced and most of the time we could not get through to anyone.

Great room with comfortable beds and access to an excellent pool and gym. Location was convenient as well and the breakfast had great options.

It needs a while to check in even after 3pm. We didn't like the aircon that is directly facing the bed.

Location with easy access to both monorail and LRT. Huge apartment style hotel room and fully equipped kitchen.

Everything was in line with the positive recommendations that I read on the Internet. Central location in downtown, walking distance to Petronas Tower and KLCC Park. Possibility to use public transport nearby. The pool on the roof was clean with a beautiful view. High-quality room furnishings in contemporary design. Reception desk worked well even when we arrived at midnight. We returned here once more on our way home.
