MalaysiaWe Did Not have the hot water in the bath room during our first nite stay . The staff response was unsatisfactory. More training should be conducted on how to handle or attend to customer’s request or complaint. Generally they lacked the enthusiasm to make things right for the customer’s request or complaint.
The facilities are superb except for the hot water supply-side to the bath room.

AustraliaCleanliness of the room (dusty), the view from the room (very dirty and flirty balcony). Towels are not white colours (they used blue colour towels instead) and smelled musty. So we asked for extra towels and we are happy to pay extra. However, the new towels are still musty and we were charged RM10 extra per towel. We booked their Business Executive room (highest room categories), didn't expected it just located at their 2nd level and their lounge & event room are on the same floor too. The hotel didn't notified us upon checked-in that they have some events going on during our 2 nights stay. We don't mind if the room has great soundproofing. Unfortunately, that's not the case for us. So we can hear very well (loud & clear) when the host was hosting the events and some sort of singing competition/karaoke is on during the night and till late night. The concierge let us in for the undercover carpark upon arrival but didn't let us know that the undercover carpark only have stairway access. So if you have heavy/many luggage, best way is to drop your luggage at the hotel's front door. Otherwise, you will have to carry your luggage up to the lobby via the stairway. Very busy road with Petrol station right next to the hotel, and confusing entry & exit between the Petrol Station and the Hotel to the main road, making it pretty hard to drive in and out of the hotel.
Free undercover carpark, friendly staff, and very generous with their air-conditioning and humidifier. Hotel location - easy access to the North-South Highway. Was told that it's the newest hotel around the town? Great view from the Rooftop bar & pool but was raining during our 2 nights stay so didn't get to try their drinks or swimming pool.
