No refrigerator in the room. Have spoken to the staff to advise the management to install an ice machine at 2nd floor next to the water dispenser so guess can help to get the ice themself. EVerytime i stay at the hotel I have to gi across the street to one of those bars and buy ice.

There is a noisy bar next door, which plays music until late. Earplugs are provided but after a busy day in KL, I didn't find the noise much problem.

There was a fumigation activity from neighbouring property at 6am! I was rudely woken up by the strong smell inside the room. Was your property notified prior? Why were we not informed about it as well? And it seemed your windows are not properly sealed to keep out noise and smell into the room. This means there’s lack of safety (fumigation) & privacy. Since the room is small… it caused much inconvenience to me and affected my breathing for a bit. Imagine what it could have caused to asthmatic persons. But your staff on duty was very very helpful. He was helping me to reduce the polluted air in the room by bringing up diffuser and an air filter . I couldn’t keep my door open as I would not have privacy at such early hours. Pls look into this matter with serious considerations. It is important that you review on your safety procedures and fixtures around your property. I hope to have a more pleasant stay the next time. Bed and pillows really comfortable, shower good, service was great (one guy the whole time working at least 14 hour shifts every day). Laundry is done by an outside company who pick up and drop off from reception - worked very well for us and very affordable. Air conditioning really good, no fridge in the room but not a problem as there was unlimited cold filtered water available - amazing to be able to refill our bottles. Great value for money. Highly recommend this stay.

Everything - the staff is veryy nice and accommodatin (sorry for messing with the key causing you to break it to let me in tho 🥹, thank you so much, the day staff at lobby, for that 💛). I also like it that the night staff is awake any time I come back (at 3 or 4am tho) and has something on his phone to watch. I mean, the sound makes me feel safe that there’s someone there at the lobby, as I’m all alone 🤣 Location is great, around 50m to Jalan Petalling the night market/food street, 150m to a list of food stalls on Jalan Sultan road (Seng Kee, Mee Tarik, Nam Heong, the list goes on), some of which open very late at night (I visited one at around 3am). There are also tourist destinations nearby (the bookstore BookXcess and Kwai chai Hong with like wall paintings). It’s within walking distance to the LRT station (only used the red line so Im not so sure abt others) and only one station away from KL Sentral. If you travel from the airport to cuty central with KL espress, it leaves you off at KL Sentral so this is +++ convenient. It’s also one station away from Bukit Bintang aka the central with most luxury shopping malls. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It’s more than enough for a solo traveler like me, and enough for couples as well. The corridor, lobby and lift smell so good I literally wished to stay in it for a bit longer for the smell.

Can get a bit noisy at night, given it was located next to a few pubs and clubs (but that's Chinatown for you!).

Super comfy room: My King bed was plush, and I loved the city views. Clean and modern bathroom: Walk-in shower, and the newly installed Panasonic bidet was a huge plus! Friendly staff: Very quickly helped me to fix the warm air-conditioner in my room. Rooftop terrace: Amazing sunsets and panoramic city views! Great location: Walk to Petaling Street Market and other iconic sights.

The soap used could be of better quality and fragrance, there was also no differentiation of hand soap, body soap and shampoo. If you are particular about having a good shower, bring your own soap and shampoo.

Excellent location in the centre of KL, 2 min walks to KK minimart and to Petaling Street & the night market food stalls, less than 5 min walk to Kwai Chai Hong (a peculiar but nostalgic little place), less than 10 min walks to Central Market and Merdeka 118 which could be viewed from the Superior King Room. There are cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. Bed is spacious and comfortable, staff are very cheerful and helpful, even met the boss who is frank, friendly and engaging in conversation. There is also a lounge beside the hotel which opens till late.
