The hotel is a maze and the rooms are somewhat difficult to find. The rooms are generally cold and old fashioned. We had to switch rooms because the heating made loud sloshing noises that made it impossible to sleep. The other room was better, but had its own issues. The wooden floor was slightly raised in front of the door, which made it difficult to open and close. One time we had to really struggle to open the door from the inside. We were briefly trapped in our room! The bathroom had a tub with a shower, and a very narrow sheet of glass to prevent splashing outside of the tub. We could only shower in that one tiny corner of the tub as to not soak the entire bathroom floor. Both rooms had very uncomfortable sunken in beds and pillows. There were doors slamming all day and night, probably because they had difficulty with the door, like we did.

Location, to visit main sites, great value for money if you want to visit maastritch as well (20 min drive). Very friendly staff and to make it perfect, best hoyel breakfast I've had in a while.had everything and buffet style

Couldn't fault this place!

We loved this family run hotel,with top service from the whole crew,from front of house through to housekeeping. Breakfast was one of the best I've come across with a particularly attentive gentlemen making sure nothing ever runs out. Perfect location too,just a 15 minute walk to the station & just a couple of minutes stroll to the town centre. Thanks guys,we'll be back.

The room looks different than on the picture. Especially the family room, the kids room did not have dvd cd or small kids tv as promised on the description. Rooms could be much cleaner as it was dusty. And the pillow and bed were uncomfortable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast is very nice. Location is very central. Walking distance to everything.

Very small and outdated room. No isolation between rooms, not even sure there was a wall in between. Woke up several times due to neighbors who seemed to be staying in the same room as we were able to follow the conversation word by word.

The carpet in the room was not clean, hairs all over. My windows on the street side let through quite a bit of noise, even when closed with closed curtains. A perfectly nice room was spoiled by cheep-looking closets and a small table for doing make-up, same for the board behind the bed. The type you find in the cheepest roadside hotels. Such a pity! (It's what causes the impression of 'oubollig' (outdated), apparently a common qualification which on their website they protest against.)

I got a decent breakfast, friendly people serving it. My large double room had a beautiful wooden floor, a couch and a (decorative but once functional) fireplace.
