if you are travelling for work and need place to put your notebook and plug in somewhere to charge, there is not much wall sockets in the room we stayed, they're hard to find and the table is very small. Do not recommend for working purposes.

Nice staff, great welcoming glass of prosecco, comfy rooms and quiet. Excellent location! breakfast system is better as they do: you pay for only what you got.

We were staying in room 2/11. At the front. The noise off the bus and cars ( taxi's ) was a little bit too much. We like to sleep with the window open...that was a pitty.

Almost Everything was very very goog. We were very exciting about the Fitz Roy Urban Hotel. The Location, service, room, the gardens, the reception. But most of all...the employees.

Disappointing reception (we were told there was no reception in the evening - is 6pm evening?). It was the restaurant staff who had to help us, and they were overwhelmed (sth. we were made to understand). The hotel should provide someone for the evening shift at the reception desk.

The location, the architecture of the hotel, very comfortable hotel. The had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and I strongly recommend it. The "a la carte" breakfast was very good also and very nicely presented.

The location is just perfect! We could take the bus everywhere (only 2 min walk to the stop) and lots of food options around (even a supermarket close by!)! The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious! The bathroom is also very clean and well stocked! Would definitely stay again 😊

We couldn't get the airco to get really cool. So we had to open the window, not a big deal, but... it was still quite busy on the streets.

great location! right in the center. And it has a great parking spot at a 2 minute walking distance. We didn't have the breakfast, but it is also a great restaurant which had a phenomenal dinner at night.

No mini- bar in the room .. The executive room has no desk and chair to work on .(strange for executive room) .. The executive room in the attic (top floor) has many wooden beams .. too low and risky to hit your head in every move.

We were at the top floor and the room was not as warm as our friend's room on another floor. It was a very cold period when we have visited so if the room was a bit warmer we would have appreciated it.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was also delicious. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner at the time of our visit so we could not try the dinner service.

A rug in the room caused us allergy. The bedsheet was too small and it went off the topper. The room was not made neatly nor clean the first day. The next day was very neat and clean so obviously it was done by a different person.

Very nice hotel with beautiful design on a good location. Staff were very polite and helpful. Request/reservation by email and text message were responded quickly and professionally, very responsive. Secure parking is available on a parallel road 200 m. away (with extra cost)

Amazing food although a rather drawn out process (3 hours for lunch, with half hour waits between courses)

We stayed in a beautiful suite with spa bath, which could only have been improved with a view of Maastricht rather than an internal courtyard.
