Great location , good breakfast and large rooms. We were on a cycle trip and the staff were very helpful with all our request. Also have good bike storage. Lots of choice at breakfast and a short walk into town

For a buffet, I felt the breakfast was overpriced. It was good though.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant area were welcoming. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. The Nespresso machine in the room was great. The breakfast was good quality.

Rooms on the south (city-) side are in the full sun and get very hot. There is airco but a sun shield at the windows would be good.

Good hotel at the Leiden central trainstation. Friendly staff. Parking close by. Kitchen OK-ish. Nice lounge and bar.

The location was ideal, close the Leiden Central Train & Bus station. It's a also a short walk to the town centre with many restaurants and bars

Breakfast was disappointing . Melon and pineapple every day. Awful sausages and scrambled egg - it was solid. Tough hash browns. Yoghurts were ordinary. Interesting cakes/pastries, when available. Coffee was very ordinary.

Room was cleaned every morning whilst we were out. Very close to station and town. Entertaining at breakfast time watching all the cyclists through big windows. Comfortably warm throughout hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel was expensive and we were booked in ok but our room had not been cleaned nor the bed changed or made. Toiletries were still in the room. On calling from the room informing reception we were given a drink voucher and asked to wait in the bar. We were allocated a room change quite quickly.

A very small and really unimportant thing but the BBC channels on the TV didn't work! Would have been nice to have our TV to watch but we didn't need it and it is just a silly thing.

Roadworks outside. Dated. Expensive.

Great location next to station. Vending machines inside the building and a bar restaurant which looked very good. Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and multilingual. The biggest positive of the property.

The fridge didn't work on the first day... but it was fixed eventually. :) Thanks for providing the conditioner and body lotion, but they were hard to pour out.

Actually...we were very happy. Just the last day when I was about to check out.. I was unhappy.. Because of the staff wanted to charge me breakfast for 2 persons, although I came (one person only) ONCE to dining room on 7 February 2024. Have to argue.. they asked question.. like .. Were your friend accompany you to the dining room. ? (OF COURSE NOT.. WE ARE NOT STUPID). They can check with CCTV if they want. At the end they charge me only for one person.. Alhamdulillah.. but such a question irritating us as foreigner. We did not want to include breakfast in our booking, because we were not sure whether it will suite our taste. Please train the staff in front office not to judge a guest like that.

Everything was perfect.. the room is clean and warm in winter. And close to LUMC where we had our course.

Better tea/ coffee provision in the room - very little choice. Instructions in the room about wifi, checkout time etc. There was absolutely nothing

Very friendly staff and access to the gym around the corner is definitely a plus. The hotel is located very close to the train station and city centre!
