We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoSome employees show little patience for people who do not speak Dutch or fluently English. Their annoyance is noticeable and they are not very attentive, for example the dark-skinned boy at the reception and also a Ukrainian girl (the oldest) who is rude when giving instructions. Take care of those details. Because the Hyatt brand is empathetic.
I like the hotel!. Excellent breakfast, quiet, services in general very good. The professional and super friendly attention of Hildegard Strauss! I will return to this hotel as soon as I return to Holland

SingaporeFree parking and free airport shuttle will be nice. More Asian breakfast choices will also be great. Better heating in toilet/shower room will make stay more comfortable.
Room is big, spacious and quiet. Central heating and air conditioning but toilet/shower room (also spacious) can get a little cold when taking shower (for us coming from SEA). No cleaning svc but towels are replaced daily. Fridge, kettle and coffee/tea provided in room. Standard European breakfast provided but one of the day there was fried noodles. Airport shuttle chargeable at Euro 7.50 and Parking at Euro 19.50/24 hours, with no limit to entering or exiting carpark during period.

IrelandOn the last day of our stay, we took the hotel shuttle bus to the airport, and during this journey, the driver was engaged in a video call for almost the entire trip (11 am departure from Hotel to the airport). He only ended the call just before arriving at the airport. This behavior was extremely frustrating and alarming, as it compromised the safety of all passengers on board. As a professional driver responsible for transporting guests, it is imperative to maintain full attention on the road to ensure everyone’s safety. Engaging in a video call while driving is not only unprofessional but also highly dangerous. I hope this matter is taken seriously to prevent any potential accidents or incidents in the future. Despite this unfortunate incident, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel and were very satisfied with the service provided by your staff. We look forward to staying with you again, trusting that this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.
The location is very convenient to the Amsterdam city centre or other attractions. It about 20 minutes on the train from the airport and about 50 minutes to Hague or Zaandam. Furthermore, the duration of our stay was delightful, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to your team, especially the receptionist who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and assisted us with both the check-in and check-out processes. Her pleasant and helpful demeanor truly made our stay more enjoyable.

BelgiumParking quite expensive for an outdoor parking (19€). We had a triple room, one of the beds was a sofa bed, and it did not have a blanket or duvet, and there were no spare ones in the room.
The location was good, close to Amsterdam and several other attractions. Breakfast was good and included in the room rate. Friendly satff.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Good that you can open the windows. The shuttle bus services is excellent. Breakfast service was good, but there are peak times to avoid if you want the full choice and a relaxing experience. Tea and coffee in the room is a very welcome feature.

But what we didn’t like is the layout as you enter the hotel lobby, very poor reception area with the restaurant kind of hidden and a strange round hidden room in the middle. And a long wavy wooden table with sockets for one’s laptop and lights which really shouldn’t be in a dining room. The dining area was not cozy at all, one just wanted to eat and get out.
The bedroom was really nice and spacious and beautifully decorated, mattress and pillows were very nice.

United KingdomYou need to catch transport from the airport to the hotel, taxi, shuttle or public transport which is a little inconvenient for a airport hotel.
Hotel is perfect for those needing to stay overnight close to Schiphol airport, hotel shuttle was seamless, on time and free both to/from the airport. Staff are very friendly, location is ok, nothing around the area within walking distance except McDonald's, hotel restaurant closes early, no problem but something to consider if arriving late in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of selection.
