We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The choice of non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails/cava was very limited and relatively expensive. 6.5 euro for a half liter of sparkling water is preposterous - we only noticed this on the bill that we received after payment (?). The food at the restaurant was good but not exceptional.
Beautiful castle, with very spacious, well equipped room and very nice bathroom. Very clean.

NetherlandsWe liked the king size bed, but it only had two pillows. Too few for such a big bed, but moreover, the pillows were very thick and uncomfortable to sleep on. I know pillows are very much a personal preference, but the hotel could consider providing a set of pillows of different size. (and a few extra scatter cushions would also look great on the king size bed.
Being an historic building the hotel had a lot of atmosphere and grandeur. We had a room in the old main building, which were very spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful high windows, fully opening. Beautiful garden and surrounds. Excellent breakfast.

United StatesBreakfast a little expensive (€20 for each adult and €10 for child), but was of good quality. In other hotels we stayed the small child is waived of breakfast charge because how much they can consume? (only a piece of bread with jam spread)
We chose the hotel because it’s convenient to visit Aachen from the Netherland, and continue to Belgium cities. It is idyllic in Spring time, with flowers blossom in the garden and birds chirping. Our luxury king room offered two great beds in different rooms with elegant furnishings. The spa tub in bathroom looks nice although we didn’t use it.

BelgiumThe mattresses were moving around in the bed, as they are not attached to anything - although the bed itself is pretty comfortable. The bathrooms could get a bit smelly quickly if you keep the door closed. This has nothing to do with the property but there are really no decent options for dinner around (walking distance at least).
Lovely place to stay at! Nice, large bathrooms, quiet location, good service, nice bathrooms, plenty of parking spots, and much more. Breakfast really good, I would highly recommend you to include that in your stay. The grounds were also really nice but unfortunately one part of it was closed and we were not able to walk around there. The hotel bar is pretty cool, and they have some very nice cocktails.
