Too far from airport with no shuttle service. So saving on hotel was lost with paying a taxi there and back

I had it very stuffy in that room because it was so hot and the air conditioning was broken, I couldn't even open a window because that room has no windows

Pictures on website did not meet my expectations based on a room i had. Stayed here for a week and front desk employees are mostly young adults with very little to no customer service (except for 1 young lady). My room was close to reception (room door about 4m away from front desk) so was disturbed the whole time with people checking in, even woken up by bell at front desk. Room was extremely small and awkward in shape. I do not recommend.

Good value for money in the Hoofdorp area.

No elevator (not an issue for us) and I did notice the staff was more than happy to help carry luggage up to the 2nd floor.

Location was excellent, only about a 10 min drive from the Schiphol airport. The restaurant was under construction so not available for us, but the hotel had pastries in the lobby each morning to accommodate. Our incoming flight landed at 5:30 AM and the staff at the hotel were super accommodating to ensure we had early check in with no problem. We were a bit skeptical when we first arrived, but the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything that we needed during our stay. The hotel was safe and clean and what may have lacked in amenities was made up for in overall guest satisfaction. We made a lot of good memories during our stay and would definitely recommend and look forward to staying at MA Airport Hotel again in the future. #peoplematter

Very noisy other peope. They came in, loudly, at around 4AM and it took on forever. I finally called the guy at the reception, who claimed "he hadn't heard it". He went there, they were less loud thereafter, but it didn't stop and I didn't sleep any more. I would probably not go there again.

If I had one, and only one gripe, I like to be able to open my windows on a cool night, but in my room the panoramic windows don't open. A very small price to pay for such a great view.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was lovely. It is a family business and their pride and hospitality shine through and through. Very cosmopolitan, Muti-lingual , we communicated in Dutch, English, French and I was able to practice my basic Arabic. Great coffee machine that was free all day, vending machine with essentials. My room had a view of the local tennis club. About a 10 minute walk from groceries. 10 minutes to airport by bus, and then 20 minutes into Amsterdam central. All in all perhaps the best value in greater Amsterdam. 10 out of 10, would reccomend and hopefully will return next trip.

Staff was in a bad mood, being rude at the reception. Shower has almost no water and no containment for water which leaks to the room. Bathroom door doesn't fully close. Air conditioner didn't work. Bed sheets and cover full of stains. Very old and heavily worn mattress. Hotel says breakfast is offered but it's actually a single croissant that you pick at the reception and bring to your room as the restaurant is under renovation. Stayed for 2 nights and room was only partially cleaned for the second night (only added 2 towels and made the bed), bathroom remained dirty and bins full of trash. We were itching quite a lot during the night and early in the morning and we noticed our skin with some scratch rashes which we believe it could be due to bedbugs (we didn't saw any but it was an very old mattress and bedsheets so that's probably bedbugs)I would not say it's worth staying in this hotel and will not return.

Good location, close to the bus line and to the airport. Big room with a small fridge, enough for 2-3 cans. Functional TV and reasonable wifi. Hotel architecture is interesting with a modern spiral look.

Not the hotels fault but the taxi’s satnav couldn’t work out the right road to take ( we could see the hotel ) maybe a ‘road sign’ could be placed for direction?

Loved the massive pictures around on the walls showing off the area. Unusual and interesting round building. Lovely friendly welcome and was easily able to sort out a taxi for the morning, on leaving the hotel in the morning we were given warm fresh croissants. Walk in bathroom was impressive!

Noisy Shower drain blocked No coat hangers, lacking hangers for clothers etc in general Breakfast = 1 croissant and machine coffee Neighbor smoked (this was outside of the control of the hotel) so I couldn't sleep. I was not offered any money back even after asking for it. Instead I was offered a discount on my next stay, which will not be useful as I won't stay here again. No pickup service from the airport (at least that I was aware of) Little/no information in the room

There was this air vent in the room that was bringing in cold air and it was noisy. There was no way to turn it OFF. The bathroom was cold with no heating. There was no breakfast for same reason. And most of all the receptionist in the morning was a kid that was playing with his phone and had to call the cleaning lady to give me my invoice. The lady was very nice. She should be sitting at the desk. The kid could do the cleaning.

Only thing i missed was a full body mirror in the room , to check the outfit :)
