We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe shower looked like it needed more attention in cleaning the tile. I noticed some mold in the corner and at the base of wall/floor. The tissues were awful. I couldn’t pull out a single tissue. It also was incredibly rough. There was no “do not disturb” door hanger.
I love the location, the decor, and the bed and linens are great.

NetherlandsLocation in commercial/industrial zone, not much around. Hotel has a small restaurant but even a smaller menu. Hotel is relatively expensive for what you get, despite the location near Schiphol airport. The breakfast-to-go included a (glass) bottle of juice, without anything to actually open the bottle.
Nice interior of the hotel and the rooms, quite cozy and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us breakfast to go, as we had to leave very early.

GreeceThe main problem was its air conditioning. When it was open it was very loud and when it was closed it made a strange noise which was also loud. Also the bed mattress was too soft and the pillows were half empty.
The room was spacious with room to place our luggage and big shower. Also it was very clean and well prepared.

JapanNothing much, really. If I had to say, it would be nice to have a sign pointing to the lifts. I found each floor very big and almost got lost going back to the lifts. But I suppose you can figure it out by going in the opposite direction as the room signs.
Our kids loved the jungle theme of the hotel! It is also conveniently located next to the bus stop for the bus that goes directly to both the airport and Amsterdam city. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

LuxembourgIf you are arriving by bus from Schipol Airport, you must carry your luggage down the steps from the bus station near the hotel if the elevator is not working. I had to leave early in the morning but there was no way to get a coffee in the hotel at 6am.
It’s only 2 stations away from the airport. If you need a place to sleep one night, it is very convenient. Unexpected good surprise - I enjoyed the young hotel vibe. The guests gathered to drink together at night and even played piano in the lobby.

NetherlandsI only have a couple of remarks: There are roadworks in the area and Waze navigation took me to a dead-end road. I then used Google Maps and was able to reach the hotel's parking lot (by going through a one-way dirt-road where you have to leave way/negociate with cars and constructions vehicles coming from the opposite direction). A little heads-up to the special traffic situation would have been useful (but possibly it changes regularly so hard to keep up-to-date). The only grievance was the airco/heating system. I turned it off and yet there was a regular buzzing noise coming and going during the night. I inquired with the reception when checking out, and was told it's the air recirculation system kicking it. Obviously nothing much the helpful staff member could do about it, but it would be great if it was possible to turn it off completely (if one wishes a silent night)
The hotel was fine, definitely modern and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was fine although it can get a little crowded depending on the time (but that is clearly advertised in the elevator).

Quick check in, new and very comfortable hotel, real good value for money so close to the airport (at the bus stop right next door there are busses to Schiphol all night every few minutes, taking about 6 minutes to the terminal).
