what we booked on booking was a double room with twin beds , the guy on the reception recommended that we upgrade for a king bed because the beds get separated if we put them together because of the wheels, which is a big No. anyway, we upgraded but the king bed also had wheels and it moves from time to time which is annoying a bit

the location was good! the metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which is totally fine. the room was clean and spacious and the price was very good compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. we had coffee and tea in the room which was so good after a long day or in the morning.

On one particular day the room was not cleaned until 6pm... The rest was very good and staff are extremely helpful.

Were not able to find from the control panel how to switch off the lights in the bathroom. The breakfast room got crowded in the morning around 9, and the setup where we picked up the food was not "flowy", so it got very jammed. Also, the location was a bit far from the city center, however, the metro runs from pretty close by, so this was not an issue for us.

I really liked the service attitude of all the personnel. The breakfast variety was nice. The room and its functionalities as well as the spaciousness was really nice and the view was quite nice as well. The beds were comfy, too, so we slept well.

A new modern hotel. The room is very comfortable. Although hotel location is a little bit far from city center but it’s convenient to take a metro to go to everywhere. Breakfast at hotel is amazing.

We didn't like the beds, 🛏️ they were making weird sounds.

I loved the view and the decoration of the room.. The breakfast was very tasty and various.. It is also near the metro stop, you have to walk for 5 minutes and then you go straight to Amsterdam in fifteen minutes... Perfect.

Super clean and renovated. Everything could be managed from a screen next to the bed. Very close to metro (5min walk) allowing to reach city center in 15-20min

We d"ont bring sleepers, it was tiles floor, and the pilows was too small , for me was not confortable

The location is a litle bitt out of the City Center, but near by was the metro station. The breakfast was tasty, the cofee was very good! The hotel was clean, very modern and cosy. The staff was very friendly. Definetly reccomend this hotel!

A little bit outside of the city. The toiletries could be improved we only had a hand soap and a shower gel in the room. As I do make up I would have liked some cotton balls for make up removal. Other than the hotel is a really good one.

I liked the style and the staff was very nice. Its good that they have a little shop as well. I liked that its cash free. We were on the 15th floor and the sunset was a nice view there. The ice buckets & ice machines are a nice thought.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Conveniently located not far from a metro station. A comfortable bed and a shower with good pressure and nice temperature. The room and the hotel in general were clean and had a welcoming smell and atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
