We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe staff worked extremely hard to accommodate the fact that there was mayor road construction in front limiting access to the property. Their hard work made the construction seem like a minor inconvenience.
This is a great location because you can take the backroad to the airport which is very close yet without the noise of the airport.

AustraliaActually tricky to access. No shuttle bus from the airport. We arrived late at night and had been advised by the hotel to catch a bus. Seeing it was well past 11pm and we’d come from Singapore (long flight) we decided a taxi was best. A great decision as the road works (no fault of the hotel) meant we’d have been walking on the road with suitcases etc. thankfully the desk staff member was excellent and efficient.

IrelandThe location is excellent if you need the airport. The is a shuttle bus which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it takes just 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also it is easy to access the city Centre, as transport in Amsterdam is always good.

The decor is awesome! Love the design of the hotel and it was one of the reasons for choosing it. The bar offered a great variety of drinks, staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable.

CanadaI didn’t like that the view from my window was into the hotel and that I could not open the windows. It got stuffy, as I don’t like using the A/C in the hotel room.
Location was excellent. Very close to the airport. You can easily take a bus from the hotel to the airport (3 min) and then catch the intercity train to amsterdam central. Breakfast was great!

GermanyThe desk in the room have no light so working was not comfortable. The TV offers no normal TV channels, just smart functions. Rooms like mine facing the inner court/restaurant can hardly get any outside light and the windows curtains have to be pulled in order not to allow people in the restaurant or mezzanine to look inside the room.

United KingdomThere was still some road constructions in front of the hotel which is a bit tricky when you're dragging suitcases with you from the bus stop.
They had good selection for the breakfast buffet. The hotel looks very new and the room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like the fact they have a secured place to hold the luggage even after checking out which was convenient for us.

AustraliaFor such a nice hotel, it isn’t in a great location if you’re planning to go to central everyday as it’s a >30 minute by bus. The good news though is that there is conveniently a bus station right outside that has a bus that’ll take you into central.

BelgiumThe temp in the room could have been easier to adjust. It was just too warm for us. As a double room, it should have at least 2 chairs. But i guess the room was too small to have a second chair. No phone. QR code does not even work. The shower was so difficult to regulate. It's either hot or cold. Amenities are non existent except for handsoap and showergel. Toilet tissues are scarce, they don't replenish. Not worth the €140 a night stay (4nights).
The room is nice, cozy and clean. Bed is comfy. The breakfast was good despite the limited selection. Location is great.
