There is no Iron at the room. And fees of the Bike for rent is expensive.

I like the otel's location. İt is very close to the station. You can go everwhere by train or tramvay. Lobby has really goos design for a rest. Rooms are clean.

Room was quite small for three persons. No place to sit in the room other than the bed.

The breakfast was really delicious, with a nice assortment of things to eat. The lobby had a nice relaxed atmosphere to sit and chill. Only about a ten minute walk to the train station. Rooms were quiet.

*quite far from the city center and Keukenhof pick up *the bathroom has some smell (possibly from the drainage) though its clean * a bit expensive considering the location (not sure if maybe because it was the weekend)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to visit Amsterdam - less than 10 minutes walk to train station, just one stop from Amsterdam Central. Parking available on site. Rich and tasty buffet breakfast. Room was OK, price attractive compared to the city average. Overall pleasant hotel

We thought that the coffee/tea set would be actual mugs, but instead we were met with paper cups. That was fine, but we also expected the paper cups to have been changed every day as there was no way of washing them and we couldn't throw them away or else we would have had nothing to drink from. We were also surprised to find that the bathroom had no lock.

We had a small room with two beds; it was very clean and cosy, perfect for our family of three (the large bed was a little too soft, but otherwise the room was lovely). we also loved that the location of the Urban Lodge is located at a walking-distance to so many food places and the train station because it made travel so much easier. Lastly, we love the varied options for the breakfast - healthy and delicious, we didn't get bored eating the same thing every day like we usually do in other places.

Perfect location for us , on a walking distance from the train station metro bus or tramway. restaurants and bars like about 15 mn walk to the westerpark.

Room I was given was on the first floor and very noisy, I could here all the noise from the arriving or departing guest and road outside.

Family room not suitable for 4 adults and shower blocked and was not able to open window, although this was dealt with by hotel manager who gave fantastic customer service.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from Sloterdijk train station. Comfy beds, lovely buffet breakfast. Clean hotel.

The room was well equipped although the bed could be more comfortable. Vending machines use cash only which is not good. One bed lamp not working. Good overall.

Location within walking distance to Sloterdijk train station as well to tram and bus stops. It only took one train station to get to the city centre. Rooms were fine, nice breakfast buffet. There was a nice place on the groundfloor to sit by the artificial bonfire. It's possible to leave your luggage after check out.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked, the chair was very worn out and also the beds. The surface layer came off.

It's quite expensive for a normal hotel but amsterdam is expensive over all. Theres construction work near the hotel that woke us up in the morning.

It's close to the city Center. A train station is a 5 min walk from the hotel and the train drives for 5 min. Rooms has a lot of space and are clean.
