very well run hotel, room is small but clean and the bonus of getting some money back if room isnt cleaned daily as part of our carbon footprint responsibility is amazing. I will definitely stay there again, walking distance to the ferry that crosses over to the old town and is a free ferry ride. Close to A'Dam and some lovely restaurants in the area

I read many good location comments on the site but the hotel is for sure away from the center. The region is a decent one with a lot of new construction and having a bike rental option and free ferry for 24 hrs makes life easier for sure but yet, especially during winter, you may prefer to be based in a more central location ...

Location, quite awkwardly situated with it being a minimum 20 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to the central station/centre however the hotel is great and has everything you need so it is worth it

Bed mattress I found to be little bit too rough, but that could be just my preference for softer mattress.

Staff were amazing. Was clean. Small rooms but has everything you need. Every room has iron and ironing Board, which was great. Also the Aria was very peaceful and quite, yet very close to city center.

The room was a bit too small for a 5 night stay and missed some practicalities like where to hang wet towels. The shower leaked into the toilet room and main room.

The service was great, the staff were friendly. I liked the sustainable concept. The hotel had some interesitng design concepts. The room was well-equipped with hairdryer, iron/ironing board, fridge, safe.

unfortunately this hotel is cashless and I only brought mostly cash so access to breakfast or self service was difficult. Windows that open in the room would be beneficial and the vents don’t really cool you down quick enough.

The location is really admiring, helpful and friendly people. The cleanliness is outstanding. The breakfast is hot food selection - English breakfast style. Super delicious coffee during breakfast where rarely you can get it in the morning.

We found that our room got really warm in the night. The bike hire was costly compared to other places we found.

The location was good, a 20-minute walk to the closest train station. The majority of the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Purple Goes Green scheme a lot. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but it all looked very nice and the bar area was a nice touch!

It's a bit expensive, but I guess that goes for the Amsterdam as a whole. It's the first hotel on my memory where the shaving kit costs separate money.

The beds are good, the room is nice. Colored lighting is cool too. The location is nice, easy to get to the Centraal and the city center.

I didn't have the greatest check-in experience at first, but then until the end, everything went well.

Very nice and high-tech hotel not far away from Amsterdam Center and Central Station. There is a ferry service near the hotel that operates 24/7, is free of a charge and connects the North Amsterdam, which the hotel located, with the central station. I recommend renting a bike, as it will be useful almost everywhere in Amsterdam and especially from the hotel to the ferry port and back. Parking slots are available all the time and one of the cheapest choices in Amsterdam. The bed was amazing and the breakfast was very basic, but good enough to help you start your day until you reach the Amsterdam center, which you'll have access to a huge variety of restaurants and cafes.
