Great central location. Friendly staff although reception was often extremely busy so had to wait quite a while. Good buffet breakfast. Room good size with views over the city. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were not large enough for two people to move around comfortably. Additionally, the lack of a vanity table in the rooms was a significant drawback for us. This was particularly challenging for my wife as she prepared for our wedding. Furthermore, the lighting in the room was quite poor.

The location, breakfast, and staff attitude were all good. The room was clean.

It was difficult to work out how to control the lights without turning everything off altogether. House keeping is not the best - we found a used bath towel inside the closet… While close to the train station, the walkway has no cover so we were drenched in the rain. Not the hotel’s fault, but still, it would have been good to know beforehand.

You couldn't go on the elevator with the view to any other floors except the top or the ground floor.

The staff seem soulless on the front desk. Lots of smiling but all rather fake. Probably because they have to deal with a large volume of customers. When I first checked in, the person who was dealing with me didn't explain the very basic details. When I made a request, it was met with a lot of smiles, but it wasn't actioned. All rather disappointing.

The pool was small and one had to climb stairs to get to the gym / pool / sauna etc as lifts go only upto a certain level .

Very conveniently located in downtown . To avoid taking a longer route from station to the hotel - do check with someone for directions otherwise a 10 min walk would turn out to be 20 . Breakfast was good - though very busy - standard and same breakfast everyday . The view was nice from our room which was almost on the top floor . Room and shower was decent size .

Very central location right next to the train station so we arrived directly from the airport. Very comfortable and clean room with a city view and the personnel was very friendly. There is a sauna, fitness room and pool with a panoramic view to the city.

Use of the fridge in the room. Because it is a mini bar and sealed can't use it to put in my own food and drink.

Decent location close to the main train station. Got a superior room which was excellent. Didn't bother with breakfast as i was either up and out before it started or getting back just before it started. However if you booked a day in advance you got it at a really good rate, probably half of what you would pay on the day. You could pick and choose the days too, which I thought was an excellent option. Rooftop bar was fantastic with a great view and an opportunity to meet great locals who stoped in after work. Veronica especially who sat and had another drink with me and listened to me waffle on about what I had done in Oslo for an hour or two before making her way home. Cocktails were the same cost as other classy establishments in the city 200 ish nok and beers were around average too. Used the sauna, which was good but didn't use the pool. It's hidden away up a tower staircase. Watched the football in the pizza restaurant on ground floor. Average price for beer compared to everywhere else but didn't eat there.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to Central Station and within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions.

Location! Somehow it was good for visiting the important places in Oslo, also very close to Oslo Station, but not safe in the night time! At the breakfast was really crowded, small rooms to eat in, comparing with the amount of people who were staying at the hotel.

A couple of minor niggles. We were told at check-in not to even open the mini-bar if we didn't intend to use it as this may incur a £20 charge!! Extraordinary! Also there was a query about a bill for dinner which was charged twice at different amounts and has still not been resolved.

Excellent room with a lovely fjord and city view. Bed very comfortable and room always warm and welcoming. The system for using the lift was something I'd never come across before and was outstandingly efficient.
