Wish you could watch TV from bed and a better shower head would've been more to my liking but water pressure was great so helped with the odd shower head.

Absolutely loved the style and decor! Amazing views, easy access and super close to town, bed was amazingly comfortable, loved the fact you could open windows and didn't get dehydrated like other hotels with the heating systems!

Hotel is generally unmanned. Self serve check in and no hotel facilities. We were fine with this and it was made clear in the communications. But this style may not suit everyone.

The secure car parking is really secure but really Narrow entrance . If I drove UTE Can be stack. haha Plenty of space on road parking in night time. so If big car just park up on the road and all good.

We had a great stay at The Chamberson. The room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here.

The Chamberson was conveniently located close to the Octagon and had a luxurious vibe about it. The beds were really comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. As someone who struggles to sleep whilst away (and usually needs an eye mask & noise cancelling headphones!) I can say I slept comfortably with no issues whatsoever. The view was lovely & the big floor to ceiling curtains were black-out so no waking up early!

Nothing although the underground car park needs careful manoeuvring. My Jaguar XJ is 5.2m long and grounded on the street pavement as I drove up the ramp and out onto the street. Not nice to hear the grating noise from under the car as you had to keep on going! I suggest that those with a long car are advised to park on Stuart Street

Parking was extra plus our SUV would not fit in the low ceiling underground parking. Have to park in the street which is limited to only an hour parking during the day. Did not see any staff at all. Self check-in and out. Will be very warm in the Loft room in Summer as it has no air conditioning. Fine during the cooler months.

We stayed in the Loft room which was surprisingly not that small. The bath room was a good size. Nice to have USB ports in the wall outlet next to the bed. Clean. Convenient place for restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Our room kettle was too high and we have difficulty in filling water from the bathroom tap.

Parking could have been a bit painful, but we were lucky to get a park on the street straight across from the doorway.

The entire room was amazing. This was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The facilities are amazing. We booked the wrong room, and with a little communication with management, they helped us straight away. No hassle. Amazing bed and views were good. Great location. We will stay again. Thank you for saving us and for your help.

The location in central Dunedin, close to the Octagon, restaurants and shops was excellent. The corner room we were in had a great outlook and despite looking over two streets and a busy intersection, it was not noisy. The comfort of the room was excellent. The separate bathroom was good with a great shower. The kitchen section was well designed and easy to use with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher and well organised shelving and cupboards. It meant we could eat-in when we wanted to. The sitting room area was spacious and comfortable. Our Dunedin stay was made very comfortable, being there for 4 nights.

Didn't realise when booking parking was extra (sure it said but not clear at time of booking) and the carpark had a very low roof, our Ute had a lot of trouble getting in, only really suitable for smaller vehicles

The view was absolutely amazing of the cathedral lit up at night. Location was perfect as we didn’t have a car and taxis but easy attainable broom absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations. Location was perfect for all my sightseeing was a great day
