I don’t like the fact that it smells like garlic when we entered the room. They didn’t make an effort to use an air freshener or a humidifier to make the room smell nice. I can also feel a heavy air that makes it uncomfortable to stay. I also don’t like the pillows which may give you a stiff neck when you wake up. The tv doesn’t have a cable. The wifi is a bit slow and not good for work travellers like me.

I like the fact that it’s like a mini-house. There are kitchen tools and equipment so you can cook. I also like the fact that there’s a table and 2 chairs for multi-purposes where you can eat or put your things on. I like the shower with the heater and the bidet. Flush is working well.

There were some small roaches when we arrived, but the staff quickly took care of it by spraying pesticide and disinfectant in the mini kitchen area. The water has a strong rusty smell, which management explained is due to using deep well water. I was unsure about this explanation because of rust stains on the bathroom tiles and shower head. Also, if you're sensitive to static, the bed sheets might cause discomfort.

You get what you pay for here. The room is clean and straightforward, with everything you need.

The water smells rusty.

The staff is very accommodating. I also like that they have cooking stuff and small appliances like rice cooker, mini fridge, small gas stove etc. You can prepare simple meals with them so it was cost saving. The place is worth it for its price. It's really just the water. Hope they can fix it.

The curtain is not thick or dark, every time sun hits in the morning it hurt my eye. Water kinda have a smell but so far so good.

I like the price so affordable, location is okay, everything is nearby, walking distance and safe and the place is so clean and complete appliances, staff is very accomodating as well as the owner.

In every room was good Wi fi, good AC. First time in one week, where shower was really hot water and normal water pressure. Liked that location wasn’t on the main street. Walking distance to dau bus station and walking street.

When guests close the metal gates, the sound is too loud for rooms on the first floor. It would be nice if something prevented the gate from closing so quickly so it would be more quiet.

As the rooms include a kitchenette, the location is great because a large grocery store is nearby. Plus, it's only a 10 minute walk to walking street. I found it to be a very good value, and look forward to returning. The built-in table was perfect for using as a desk.

Water from faucets and shower has a smell of rust. Looks like it's been a long long time since the water tank was cleaned or pipes were flushed. Smell sticks to ur body the whole day.I didn't take a second shower bought a big bottle of mineral water for brushing and washing.

Location was walking distance from malls but far enough to be quiet. Food and convenient stores were available nearby. Parking was ok. Looked safe for walking at night.
