No complaints! The only downside was that we wanted to play in the adventure area in the waterpark but didn’t have trainers - so pack trainers if your kids want to do this activity!

Everything was excellent! We went with a 2 yo and a 6 yo and there was entertainment for both kids! The hotel boasts two huge outdoor play areas, mini golf, huge outdoor pool, huge indoor pool, indoor play area and a bar right by the play areas so parents can chill while the kids play.

One of the pictures of the hotel on booking.com is a promotion which gives a free entrance to the water part if you stay for two nights so we expected to get this. Apparently this was only valid in October and November. The way the picture is cropped when looking on a mobile phone eliminated the months of the promotion (we commented on this to the team and the picture is still there, 3 days later). Dinner when there was no buffet lacked options. On the night we ate, there was a spinach soup and calamari starter. One of us doesn't eat spinach and two of us don't eat calamari. No substitutions offered. Buffet was so much nicer when eating with kids as its quick and full of options. While we understand why they need to go a-la-carte, it would be good to be generous with the options. Too much cheap laminated signage about covid in the hotel.

Everything you need if you want to be close to the water park. Decent and clean room, good shower. Nice indoor pool and outdoor playground. Dinner was nice when it was a buffet (one night wasn't a buffet and could be improved). Great breakfast. Housekeeping were everywhere, constantly cleaning so everything was spotless.

Probably one of the best children friendly hotel we stayed in in Portugal. Might be busy in the summer, but we love it outside the season! (We went last year in November as well and we loved it). The “family room” meant 2 normal/double bed rooms with a door in the middle! Which was fantastic, but not clearly described when booked! The staff was friendly and relaxed. We also had a family ticket to the indoor waterpark included in the booking for 2 nights (a nice surprise, I didn’t see this info when booked!). The indoor waterpark is great for kids, plus, it is THE ONLY INDOOR WATERPARK in Portugal and Spain, as far as I know… We were happy to be almost alone there, but also sad about the “low” marketing of the place.

I like everything it was nice and clean and a friendly staff however I think the room Miss some touches like a kettle and the option to have tea and coffee in the room and maybe some Biscuit and something on the bed when you arrive it would be nice and a little touch for families or even a little toy for the kids from the hotel with the name Aquashow mom it i believe it would put a plus for the hotel thanks

Some little things needs attention like the shower glass looked like broken. Rooms needed bit more light. For the 4 star hotel was missing complimentary tea and coffee in the room with small kettle. The iron and ironing board to be in the rooms not 10e for every thing deposit.

The staff at the reception were neither polite nor friendly. Housekeeping did a very mediocre job. Beds were not done properly. Toilet paper was not provided.

We had a spacious room with a balcony. You get free access to the Aqua Park nearby, although only for the outdoor one. Free and adequate parking spots available at the property. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

A truly great hotel made so by the access to the water park, the pools but most importantly the STAFF.. special props to the guys at the bar, Michael and his collueges on reception .. the only things that let down was the rock hard beds.. I should of said something g and maybe a topper could of been provided, but wow they are so hard.. I’m now in a 5 star hotel on other side of the island and they sent much softer so maybe it’s just a thing out here..

Breakfast had a vast variety and all was delicious. Room was comfortable and spacious even for a family of 4. Hotel is very clean and has a lot of facilities as well. Staff were all very friendly, parking was not a problem either. Free entrance to the aquapark is a great benefit.

We found the mattresses a little hard but I think this is normal for Portuguese hotels in my experience. Maybe an option to provide a softer mattress topper might be considered for future stays?

What an amazing hotel. We had a family room on the 4th floor overlooking the aquapark, and it was superb. The staff were fantastic from reception, bar/restaurant staff/ evening entertainers (they really get into their job) and the room cleaners. We obviously spent most time in the Aquapark but also used the hotel indoor swimming pool which was lovely and warm. We had breakfast and dinners in the hotel and both were amazing. We will def be back :)

The hotel had good facilities for the kids, small playground outside and another soft play area inside. The food was quite good each night with a small selection of tasty dishes. The Animation team were very good each night though, there is no actual kids club, the animation team kept the kids involved in the mini disco and entertainment by the pool day and night

As to be expected, can be kids making noise well into the night and the walls are a bit thin. But not a big issue as I said, it's too be expected.

The staff dedicated to animation needs to be trained or renewed. They could have proposed sthing for children from 09h to 12h : drawing, playing, making mask or rubans, etc. Thus, children can meet and parents as well The other point is the absence of convenience shop. Instead of putting lot of articles from Aquashow, they could sell food, beverage, souvenirs from Portugal, etc.

Very large swimming pool and the one indoor is fantastic. The family park is just nearby. The restaurant is excellent and the menu changes everyday. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The beds were a little old and saggy. They need an upgrade. The fridge hadn't been cleaned for a while it had mould inside and smelt awful.

Perfect location for everything in the area. The breakfast at the Hotel was amazing.
