A wardrobe would be useful. There wasn't a single drawer either.

Outstanding lolcation, would be hard to find a better located hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. The botteled water and the soft drinks in the fridge was complementary.

Our room was way too small. Tea & coffee making facilities would be good. There is not much cupboard/hanging space in the room either.

Our room was the smallest in the building, we had a great view of the square and a very small balcony, but not much room to move although the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. On a later stay we had a much bigger room. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, easy walk to shops, restaurants, the coast, parks and the beautiful Avenue de Liberdade. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but the hotel provided a kettle when we asked. Coffee machine is in the lobby along with some delicious pasteis de nata. The hotel kept a suitcase for us while we travelled out of town. The breakfast room is downstairs, a bit crowded and not very exciting range of food for the price.

Amazing Location you can walk to all the main attractions - right next to a metro stop. Small boutique hotel thus space is always at a premium but contained everything we wanted, so for example not having coffee facilities in your room due to limited space you could get coffee in the reception area and take to your room Free bottled water & mini bar in room all replenished free which makes a change Incredibly helpful staff

The location was fantastic and in walking distance to all areas. Room was spotless with a modern well equipped bathroom. Lovely touches like drinks in fridge, hair straighteners in the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodated early check in and late check out

The best location in Lisbon! The tours were in front of the hotel on the Square. The famous pastry shop ( Fábrica de nata was next to hotel). Ana was the epitome of customer service! She booked us a walking tour on the spot & was very cordial. Complimentary port wine, rose and fresh fruit juice drinks & pasteis ! Also, the cooler was stocked with drinks all free! This has been my second visit in Lisbon & I was staying again at the Blue Liberdade Hotel. I really like the location ( very close to a lot of the viewpoints), close to many restaurants & shops etc. The hotel arranged for the transfer from/ to the airport ( 50 Euro), Impeccable service! We had a birthday to celebrate & the hotel arranged for flowers & some sparkling wine. Another wonderful stay, thank you!

The only vaguely negative thing I could add is that the room was on the small side, not that was really an issue for us as we were out sightseeing for 12 or 13 hours a day. However, it did have lovely outlook over the square outside and it is a city centre hotel and very good value. If you really want a room with separate chairs for lounging around in then it's probably not ideal but who wants to sit inside when a lovely city is waiting to be explored?!

The location of the hotel with respect to the city centre, metro station, taxi rank, local facilities etc was superb. Despite the hotel being on a relative major road (but well set back from it) and with the room being at the front and with a restaurant 2 floors below, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no disturbance from traffic or people. The room was lovely with quite a large bathroom with a great shower and its own french windows out to the front, The bed was super comfy, great pillows, good lighting options and the complimentary water and free soft drinks minibar is a nice touch. Everything seems very new and was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful and the free fizz, juices, coffee and Pastel de Natas were much appreciated! We chose not to take the breakfast option at the hotel but only because we prefer to have brunch/lunch. By the way, the restaurant outside (a separate business) seems really popular and food looked amazing - one of only a few places where locals queue to get a table.
