We would have liked a kettle and some coffee in the room as we are accustomed to in most hotels.

Exceptional location adjacent to the Sanctuary. Walking distance from a variety of restaurants. Nice room with a balcony made the stay very nice as the weather was super.

There isn't anything negative to say, it was lovely.

Very courteous staff. Everything was there for a good night's rest. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of warm and cold foods/ beverages ... fruit, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.

Small rooms with minimum walking space. No in house coffee.

Location right across the Bascilla, clean and perfect place to rest given that you will be attending several prayer visits and ceremonies at Fatima. Comfortable bed and linen to sleep inn. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

No dedicated parking, however there was free nightly parking and the main free lots are very close.

We cannot really say anything about this hotel. The hotel cancelled our reservation a day before we were due to arrive, but they moved us for no additional charge to a nearby 4-star hotel (I wouldn't have expected anything less). So all our experiences were of the 4-star hotel and not at this hotel.

There was nothing I did't like.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful furniture and interior design. Its a small boutique hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The bed and bed linen were very comfortable and we slept great. We didn't available of breakfast as we had a sleep in. The location is great across the road from Shrine and so handy to hop over and back to shrine and very safe too when it got dark.It was lovely and very moving attending the late evening procession for our Lady with the candle lit. There a tourist train that leave from bus station every hour and stop near the hotal and it bring you out to the village the 3 children lived in and you can see all the sights and do the way of the cross. Really enjoy my stay and will be back. All staff we. meet were very helpful and they had candle for sale you can bring to the procession at the Shrine

There is a road beside my room and it was a bit noisy when cars pass through.

Room condition was great including bath room. A location is very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. The restaurant on the 1st floor is good; good foods and services. They have an elevator. The staffs were very helpful and kind.

Very nicely decorated hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain us the history of the sanctuary and even gave us a flyer in our native language. Very sweet!

There is no parking in the hotel The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear other guests moving around or flushing the toilet The breakfast is OK. good veraity, but the quality is not always great. For example, some of the fruits were not ripe

We loved everything about this hotel. Great value.

Amazing, warm, welcoming courteous and helpful staff. Perfect location close to chapel of apparitions and Fatima Basilica. Breathtaking building and decor. Always clean and beautifully kept. Wonderful food. One of the best hotels we have been privileged to stay at.
