Unfortunately the car parking here comes at a price of approx. €10 / day. Nevertheless you can always find some parking on the street, where you also need to pay some money. Also, there is no complete kitchen. There is almost everything in the room except a gas burner and dish washer, but this was never promised in the adverstisement so actually not a negative point but just a hint for people who are expecting this.

The service of this hotel was very nice. There was a bell boy who took our luggage right from the car till our room. The checkin was super easy. We had booked the king size family suite and the room was just spectacular. The view from the room balcony was also good. We were directly on the first floor but still could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was pretty huge and ample space with kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The buffet breakfast was out of this world. There were endless varieties of food to eat for not vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The breakfast is a must when booking this hotel and not to miss.

The Elevators were slow. The bathroom could be better in terms of comfort. The staff could be more efficient in breakfast when allowing people to go in.

We liked the room and the staff was nice although we had some difficulty talking to them in English.

Lower floors have a view of an obnoxious electronic billboard (see photo). Recommend a room on at least the 3rd floor.

Great location right in the heart of the tourist area. Rooms include an awesome buffet breakfast.

Coffee machine at breakfast was not the best.

Very Large room with kitchen like space with a few items (kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, bar). We had a sofa and a coffee table aswell. Balcony with partial sea view with a table and chairs. Great breakfast with a lot of things to eat. Very good location!

Location to the town and the beach. Exceptionally clean hotel with good facilities.

Crowds of teenagers were too loud in the evening and at night. The pool water was cold and not heated.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The side sea view was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, with a good variety of food. The staff was helpful. The beach is clean and wide, with lots of cafes. There is a good children's playground nearby, right on the beach. The grocery is in the building. Also, there are many places for free parking within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The only downsizing point was that parking was paid 12 euro a day so it could be expensive to rent a car so we decided not to.

Reception and corridors have an incredible scent, great location near the main street with bars and restaurants, beach front, great facilities, amazing breakfast with several options, friendly and polite staff, super clean, great housekeeping team, safe, everything was amazing.

Apart from the guy at the breakfast reception, the rest of the staff needs a cheer up, and they need to ask for before taking anyone's plate.

Our next door neighbors were loud, rambunctious and crude. Finally, around 2:30 a.m., I called the front desk. They took care of the situation quickly and quietly. I let it go on for to long. I was thinking they would go to bed soon... but they didn't. Not the fault of the hotel. Again, the staff was quick to respond.

The room was lovely and comfortable. We had room to work and room to relax. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Breakfast was very good, I have celiacs disease. The staff was well informed and able to direct me to feast safely.
