Perfect location, 1 minute from the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing, loads of options and everything was nice and fresh The staff was fantastic and made our stay so special. We are definitely going back

Didn't like that our room was on the first floor and overlooking the patio below as it obstructed our view of the ocean. Would have preferred to be a couple of floors higher. Room is very small.

We didn’t have water for an about 2 hrs in the morning for the days we were staying.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant.

Beds too close together pool area. 12 euro for sunbeds and umbrella for Dom Jose beach area.. Very poor welcome at reception on arrival. Ignored by man on duty. Girl arrived to check us in. Not friendly had a cold and was sniffling and wiping her nose with her hand. Needed to store our luggage as it was only 10 a.m. Brought to baggage room by man, no help offered and told to return key to reception when finished. Very poor treatment for returning guests paying for a good experience. Despite this we had a lovely holiday. We love Quarteira ❤️

The breakfast, walk-in shower, quiet air con, balcony, view and sound of if ocean, terrace for lunch, lobby for music and cocktails. Bed s comfortable. Cleaning staff friendly and competent.

The rooms were quite small 18m and there were only two small lifts which meant waiting quite a lot to get to or from on the 7th floor where I stayed.

It was modern / fresh and clean. The staff were great throughout and attentive.

For 2 guests the standard rooms are rather small although manageable.

No balcony on room without Seaview, was not aware of this. Booked out so couldn't change room when we found out

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, outstanding location. Beautiful beach, fab cocktails, good food. 3rd trip there, will definitely return. One of my favourite hotels. 22mins to airport for €35 in a taxi. 5 minutes to Marina in a taxi for €8. Resort ideal for older guests or those with mobility issues. I go with a group of friends in our 40's and we love it too. Ideal for a quiet little break in the sun. Will be back next year for the 4th consecutive year. Highly recommended

I am a regular guest at the hotel, a few times each year. We stayed 5 nights this time. I paid around 800 euro for B/B for the 5 nights. I spoke to a lady at the pool the day we were leaving and she told me she paid 600 euro for half board on the 6th Floor sea view near the room we were staying in. I was never informed of this offer despite being a regular guest and recommending the hotel to a lot of friends. I must say I was slightly disappointed. Regards LIZ

I can't find any faults as we were there on a short 3day break..The staff were 5*from reception to dining to cleaning staff

20 minutes walk to Villamoura Packed breakfast as we left before 7am Lovely toasted sandwiches as a snack before bed after a day out.

Not much choice for dinner but that may be due to the time of year. Not many sunbeds and the few that they have are very close together. Beautiful beach across the road so not really a big problem.
