We paid for a city view, and from the 10th floor had a view of the roof of a car park and apartment block across the road, no big deal but would advise not paying extra for it.

The staff were absolutely amazing, allowing us both an early check-in and late checkout. The waiting staff at both the restaurant at breakfast and bar staff were friendly and attentive. We had mentioned in our booking that it was our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us by leaving a bottle of sparkling wine and a platter of chocolates, macaroons and fruit in our room!

Was unable to use the spa pool area after 1pm with my 10 year old daughter. We had a 2:30 family massage booked but couldn’t use the other facilities due to her age which i didn’t really understand. Better service at the pool area is required also.

Breakfast was really good. Staff were super accommodating. Hotel was very clean.

I specifically requested a room with 2 twin beds, even wrote the hotel ahead of time to further confirm the bed type. They wrote back and confirmed. But when I arrived, they gave me a room with one bed. I was moved to another room, but had to assist the staff to physically separate the one bed into 2 beds, and re-arrange other furniture. One of the "perks" was welcome dessert and wine. Because I had to change rooms, the dessert and wine did not follow. I called the front desk, they sent a bottle of wine, but no dessert.

Staff was excellent. Room was very clean. I checked out too early for breakfast. Great location. Taxis and Ubers were always available.

Location, staff, classiness, desk allowed later check out as daughter was not feeling well. Thank you. Our suite was worth it. Lived view of river and lisbon Definitely will stay with epic sana brand again because of this hotel.

Booked a double room, only twins were available upon arrival but was told if I could wait 30 minutes for a room they could sort it. Which they did.

We were on 2nd floor with view over the main road which could be quite noisy.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Loved the pool areas (indoor and outdoor) and rooftop bar was great. Amazing views. Lovely restaurant on the ground floor.

The pool area was crowded and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed up there.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The restaurants and lobby bar were excellent.

The lifts - they were really slow, possibly there aren't enough to service everyone at busy times like breakfast. We also got stuck in a lift one night which was quite scary. The rooms were quite soundproof apart from our last night as the people next door were really loud. The curtains didn't block out a lot of light, some eye masks would have been appreciated. Rooftop pool was not heated so we didn't go in, this was a shame as that was one of the biggest draws for booking this hotel further out of town than other options for our group.

Breakfast was amazing, the bacon was crispy, omelettes good and actually the best pastel de nata in the city that we tried! Staff were super friendly, the room cleaners were really polite and conscientious. Loved the 12 o'clock checkout, it meant we could have a slow last morning which was really appreciated. The spa facilities were really nice, the treatments were too expensive for us unfortunately. The sensory shower was my highlight.

The location is not so central so it’s not really suitable to walk anywhere - no restaurants/cafes around etc. The outdoor pool is not heated so can’t really be used unless summer.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities! Very comfortable and the staff was excellent - we got great recommendations from the concierge and they were extremely accommodating.

Breakfast service! Step up into the shower, difficult for older people and my mum was with us.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms. The breakfast in terms of choice and food was excellent but getting tea/coffee was a nightmare. We had to chase up all our orders, service was slow and orders were not understood for the 3 mornings we had breakfast. Lots of staff at breakfast but service seemed all over the place. The hotel bar was excellent and service was fantastic. We had two lovely evenings up at the pool bar. Paulo was brilliant.
