Could probably do with some more in room amenities especially in the bathroom- only shower gel and lotion available.

The lifts are small and slow. The room cleanliness was a little below standard with a dirty floor including toe nail clippings in two places!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was superb. The harbour view room was brilliant. Reception was very helpful with pleasant staff.

Although the room was very modern and the cleanliness was very high there was no where to put any of your belongings i.e. bedside table with drawers, only drawers in the wardrobe hanging area (no wardrobe doors) In the bathroom there were no shelves to store your toilet bag. We had to put all these on the shelf by the safe, which was very inconvenient at times, otherwise we were routing about in our cases. We stayed for 4 nights, then moving on for a week at Four Seasons Country Club so therefore had two large suitcases to go through when we needed an item.

Breakfast was very good. Roof top pool excellent. Room was always serviced very well with friendly, professional housekeepers. View & balcony worth the extra money.

In summary, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear in certain areas and a strong smell in the bathroom. If you are not lucky enough to have a room with a sea view, you may experience some noise from the street, but you will have the benefit of a balcony. The pool was somewhat underwhelming and appeared to be in need of an uplift. The check-in process in person was efficient, however, the automated check-out system was not functioning properly.

In summary, the location of this property in Faro is truly exceptional. Enjoying breakfast on the fifth floor in the sunshine is a delightful experience that should not be missed. It is also very near the bus and train station.

Cleanliness was 8/10. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Soap dispensers in the bathroom didn't work and there was very little toilet paper, we had to ask for extra twice.

Breakfast - and the pianist at breakfast was a great touch! Location was great, views were fantastic. The staff was always super helpful and very nice.

I had such a great stay at Eva Senses, the quality of room and the balcony view over the harbour was incredible given the money I paid. The included breakfast each morning was lovely with a great selection and great views on that rooftop restaurant with the live pianist. The rooftop pool + bar was great and never too busy . Staff all around the hotel very attentive, polite and helpful. Seriously impressed at the value for money - would definitely return!

Rooms need a a couple of extra we feel. A shelf or cupboard in the bathroom, a shaving/makeup mirror in bathroom would be useful. We were on the fourth floor and found there a bit of noise in the early morning from the restaurant up above with chairs being moved etc. Also loud music from the bar till midnight on Saturday.

The room is in a great location overlooking the Marina. the breakfast are fabulous with a huge amount of help yourself buffet style food from cooked to continental, fruit pastries etc. the hotel staff always helpful and polite. Housekeeping everyday with fresh towels and bedding.

Check in late at night a little slow but otherwise no complaints. Wi-Fi dropped off every 15 minutes which was frustrating.

Breakfast was a wonderful selection but with it being a buffet some elements were cold. Setting is amazing overlooking the marina.

I was unable to receive the wifi signal. Logged in easily, but no internet received. It would be good to make the whole hotel, including balconies and pool area, non-smoking. There were times we had to close our balcony door and use the air-con to create air movement, albeit recirculated air. Wasteful. Occasionally a lot of outdoor noise at night - unavoidable for such a central location. However, closing the balcony door cut off the fresh air and the room (small) became stuffy. We had to use the air-con on full to compensate.

Room quite small, but sufficient. Comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast very good; wide variety of fruits and both continental and hot items. Good local breads. Location - fine. Just as we expected. Very central, easy foot access to all of Faro, ferries, busses and trains. We used the small fridge to store our water, milk, wines and so on.

The toilets / changing & showering facilities at the rooftop pool are very dated and could do with a makeover but having said that, they were clean and our stay at the hotel was good value for money. Overall, I would really recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good.

A bit shabby hotel.

Good breakfast, nice view, comfortable beds. During our stay in May, the hotel was completely quiet, even though it was fully occupied. It could be noisy from the street, from the bus station, or on the 4th floor from the roof terrace. The location is convenient for exploring the city, which is small. Boats depart for beautiful beaches near the hotel. The old town has no beaches. If you want to swim, you need to buy a cruise to a beach, at least €5 round trip in 2024. It is advantageous to use HOP ON OF to explore the nearest islands. You can move as you like, the organization is excellent. According to the ticket number, they know how many people are still staying somewhere and adapt the transport.
