The property felt well organized and very clean! I liked that my room had its own bathroom also. You really feel welcomed with the amount of activities the hostels hosted! The location was also very close to the bridge which made walking around accessible.

Amazing people and facilities - close to the centre and all spots to visit. I’m 33 and not a huge party person but worked so well for me and found some great friends to hang out with during my stay - would fully recommend!! JENNA IS THE BEST!!!!!

No curtains on the bed but it actually was totally fine in the end.

Staff and facilities were fantastic!!!! They have really great group activities and everyone is so welcoming. I found the best group of peeps there and was the best stay of my whole solo trip! Also Jenna and Fraser were AMAZING!!!

The rooms were just a tad on the cramped side, but this May just have been because I had a giant backpack that was tricky to store.

The staff were immediately very friendly and welcoming when checking in, and they made sure I was aware of all the activities they had available and a group chat to join if I wanted to stay in the loop which seemed a great idea. I was only staying for one night but I can imagine that longer stays could lead to great community. My room was comfortable and clean (room of four) and each bed had a light, charging port and fan! We had a bathroom that was modern and was shared between two rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Porto but it didn’t feel like you got much of the street noise which was a bonus.

Recommended for solo traveling: lots of sctivities, lots of nice people to befriend. The 4 people dorm was so big that it felt like a 2 person dorm, the other 2 persons were at the ither end of the long room, behind the bathroom. Also free dinner every night, before the activities start.

I stayed in one of the private rooms and it was fantastic - great value for money and a lovely view of the street from the balcony. All the staff were super friendly - Piper gave a warm welcome on reception and Amil gave lots of advice for the rest of my trip. The free dinner was fab - lovely veggie fajitas and a really nice way to meet other travellers If you're looking for a social, clean, friendly hostel that's close to all the major hotspots, book here!

Someone contacted me to leave better review instead to ask me how they can improve. Even though I arrived for the dinner which for my room was included in the price, they didn't give me dinner, because I didn't sign up for this in advance and actually there was enough. Not happy about this rule!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The single room was nice however noisy from outside.

The Cave should be re-arranged in my opinion. It's just not very cozy down there. Get rid of the weird little tables with the stools, add another couch or two, and put some lamps in there for some ambience. That's my only critique :)

I liked everything in the Hostel. The tradition they have with the Free dinner is very nice and the meals are really tasty. The staff is always there to help if needed and the organized group activities are fun. The location is perfect, next to the Cathedral, a few minutes walk to Sao Bento station and close to major tourist attractions.

I can't think of anything I didn't enjoy. I even extended my stay because of how much I liked it !

I absolutely loved my time in the Onefam Ribeira Hostel. The Hostel is located perfectly in the center of Porto and the room was clean and had a good layout. The best thing about the hostel though is all the great people I met. Every single person of the staff is super nice and outgoing and they make sure that you'll feel right at home. There are events everyday and a community dinner with friendly and outgoing people. It was my first solo trip and I didn't know what to expect but I'll for sure be visiting this hostel again. Highly recommend if you want to meet cool people and have a good time in Porto!

Stayed here again after a couple of years and it's just as good as ever. Location is perfect, it's very friendly with a cool social vibe and lots of interaction and activities should you wish to join! I enjoyed "the cave" area in the night and then going out to a few bars! Wouldn't have minded staying longer but it's great even for a short stay. Dorms are comfortable and well layed out. Kitchen is big and spacious. Everyone was very friendly and special shout out to Bel on reception who was very cool, friendly and attentive:) great hostel overall.

I liked the friendly and welcoming staff who always wanted the best for the visitors, especially Felicia who was one of the volunteers. It felt like we were one big family with all of the staff. Loved that the bathrooms were private and in the same room as the beds. Best kitchen a hostel can have and great places to hangout with the other visitors and staff. There was always free vegetarian dinner and fun activities all throughout the say and night.

It was a hostel I preferred when I was on a trip to Europe, it is very clean, very quiet, the receptionist is very good and caring, I would definitely recommend you to go, it is the best and cleanest hostel I went to on this trip, and its location is also excellent.
