Check-in was later than most at 16:00pm, but not a huge issue if you plan for this. Otherwise, there was nothing about the property to dislike

Exceptional welcome and able to check in ahead of time as rooms ready, Breakfast had good choices and well presented. As room on front of street privacy net type curtains would be useful to remove necessity of having full curtains closed in daylight hours.

Room and bathroom on the small side for a couple with luggage though I think room sizes varied throughout the hotel. Breakfast was basic and exactly the same every day. It was however plentiful and for the money paid good value.

Location was great. Set in a quiet street nevertheless could actually see train and bus station. Five minute walk took you right into the heart of the city. All staff were great and hotel itself was spotlessly clean.

The room was extremely small. Very little space around the bed. No closet just a rack you could hang some clothes on. No amenities in the room to speak of, two plastic glasses and they did have a hairdryer in the bathroom that was nice. It was all extremely, but it was clean and I felt very safe and those are the two things that I ask for.

Definitely the location. It was only three blocks from the beginning of Faro’s old town, which was fabulous.

Room was small but adequate. There was a small balcony so that was good to extend room size.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Near train and bus stations.

We had a room with street view, so there was some noise from street.

The hotel is centraly located in close distance to main attraction sites. Room was very clean, well designed, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. There is elevator. Free wifi was provided, but I did not use it, so can not rate it. Staff was very polite, helpfull, even managed early check-in.

Breakfast wasn't great, typical of an Ibis Budget or similar. Parking is free but very tight to park in there when most spots are taken, make sure you've got a small car.

There was no A/C or fridge in the room. There was work being done in the hall just outside my room--and I had requested a quiet room.

The rooms need some updates as they have a few damages. The cleaning team did a good job but unfortunately our towels had stains on them. The hot water has a crazy situation. One night we waited 20 minutes for it to come, another 1 hour and another just five minutes. We appreciate sustainability but is quite unpleasant after a long day to wait for the rest of the guests to turn off the water just so you can have some.

I loved that the staff was helpful and even hand out a map. This was really useful and also gave restaurant recommendations which made our lives easier. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, after a long day at the beach we were playing cards all night on the balcony.

I asked to book a taxi to the airport but they supplied a private transfer instead which cost €23.Rip off.I would advise to book a taxi or Uber yourself at a much cheaper price
