Room was slightly bijou! With only four hangers & no shelves / drawers, but separate dressing room meant we coped.

Car parking is a problem because of position you have to park in underground car park across Rd 20 euro aday or take yr chances in street Maybe hotel could offer a deal

Spotless room biggest shower iv experienced in europe big fluffy towels breakfast had everything forget bacon etc your in europe They even have a pianist Position is great lots of bars etc It's all uphill so expect to walk

Size of the room. We packed light with small carryon suitcases/backpacks. Can't imagine people in the room that packed large suitcases, just no where to to put anything.

Loved the location and balcony overlooking the square. The delicious breakfast with live piano player was a great added touch!

The staff here are exceptional, great customer service for anything needed. Breakfast provided was fantastic. Rooms and facilities were very clean and everything was provided as expected. Excellent location to everything.

Some weird noises every night after 3AM woke us up. The room was VERY small and should have been for 1 person, not 2.

This lovely hotel was in a perfect location. The 28 and 12E tram were right at your doorstep to explore Lisbon, with many amenities (restaurants, bakeries, mini marts) within walking distance. Our room was cozy, updated, extremely clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was wonderful!! All the staff wonderfully helpful. Could not have had a better place to stay in Lisbon.......highly recommend :-)

My only criticism is the lack of drawer space for clothing. We were there for 5 days, therefore, we would both have liked to unpack. Due to the lack of storage space, my husband kept his clothing in him suitcase.

As previously stated, the room was a bit small but manageable. The sink was a bit low, so be careful when brushing your teeth. Overall, it wasn't a big deal, just something to note.

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel located in a prime area for getting around. The location itself is amazing and easy to get to many tourist locations. I felt really safe as a solo traveler. The hotel staff were nice. I especially appreciated, the woman at the front desk who checked me in (wish I could remember her name but know that she also works for their other prestigious hotel Palacio). The bartender was also friendly and a good time. The room is nice but small. It works for solo travelers. I had to be creative in where I placed my luggage. The balcony was cute and faced one of the many squares in Lisbon. It's very active out there but manageable. They did serve breakfast daily, which I managed to get on my last day. It was tasty. Th piano man was a great little touch of class. I would stay again.

A beautiful and historic building and the center of the city. Each room is unique so you must pay attention when booking because it will be the exact room you get. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in Europe, with a live piano player and the freshest fruit, pastries, eggs and breads! The square and trolleys can be noisy at night, but the windows offer great soundproofing. The staff was beyond amazing and made the experience fun and memorable!

There was only one chair for two people and the room was quite small. The smell of cleaning products was quite strong but it's an indication of its cleanliness.

The breakfast was the highlight. Live piano music and a vast array of healthy items. The location was 'in one of the best parts' of Lisbon. The room was clean. The staff were absolutely lovely.

Location perhaps is too good. 3 steps from main door to get into tram, bus station nearby. Square across the hotel has bar/Cafe that opens till late & busking musicians playing all day till late as well. One particular night I couldn't sleep because travelers got drunk & shouted.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was small, but they organize the space efficiently. Housekeeping staff does excellent job to maintain everything clean. I love the wooden floors that they mop everyday. Very nice breakfast with fresh fruits. Bedding comfortable. They have cable channels, I was able to watch American programs with english. Hotel offers coffee/tea , bottled water available at front desk that I appreciated greatly. Shops and restaurants everywhere outside the hotel. No time to get hungry or bored.
