Poor quality of the breakfast

The rest of the hotel, on the stairways, it smelled bad, like it hasn`t been washed for years. The breakfast was very bad, the vegetables were not washed as they had dirt one them, and the diversification was extremely low.

Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean.

The variety of the food and drinks for all inclusive. In 5 days they haven't what was included to drink,no plastic glasses.....the manager was informed but she doesn't care

The breakfast was great and generally the food was good. I loved the service from Florentina to the reception, Vlad from the inside bar.

- the pillows are too thin, one pillow is too low, 2 pillows is too tall; - the breakfast. For a 4 star hotel it's quite bad.

- clean and good looking room; - nice view although the balcony should be more isolated one from another, you can view you neighbour fairly easy; - free parking and security guard;

The fact that they don't make things clear from start. For example the pool can be used only between 09-19:00 and I found that by myself after I asked the staff and I asked at 01 AM. Between 07-10 AM you can take the breakfast and I had to ask for this information.

The spa and fitness were included in the price, but were not available, staff was not helpful, we lost a day of our vacation just by trying to solve some plumbing issues in the bathroom, and only changed our room after we insisted on it. Bad experience overall.

The staf was friendly, but the service and the food and cleanliness very poor . We book 3 nights we stay only 2 because could not take it , it was very bad and definitely not 4 stars . I could give like 2 stars

There was no place to park the car and the “gentleman” in charge of parking was rude and of no help. The live music outside is loud and of bad quality and absolutely useless, just something to disturb you while trying to relax. I didn’t eat breakfast so i can’t comment about that. The receptionist was nice but i told her we didn’t want the cleaning service to disturb us next morning, and they did. The price was way way to much for what they offered.

Very very difficult with parking,toilets smelling absolutely disgusting because of the drains,and when they clean the room in the morning they could lean the floor taking in consideration that we are coming from the sea with lots of dirt,the fridges in the both rooms not working.

The room had broken toillet seat and bathtub was not very well mentained. Hotel's restaurant was not open and we had to pay in advance and book for the meal and the options were really poor.

Location was great and close to the beach.

1. Hotel does not compare to a 4 star hotel. Having just stayed at a 4 star hotel on the mountain side, there was no comparison between the 2 hotels. Ambassador has an amazing potential, but I would not think it is a 4 star hotel compared to other 4 stars in Romania or Europe. 2. Breakfast seemed it lacked the choices I would have expected on a 4 star hotel. It tried a lot, but I don't think it fulfills the standard of a 4 star hotel: coffee in paper cups comes to mind, limited options for cheese or meats (one version of salami), only sliced bread, relies on staff hired for the summer (it was unclear to me who the waiting staff were as they didn't have an uniform and I couldn't separate them from guests), cutlery either refreshed or needed a very good polish. 3. Reception staff when we checked in were disappointing (a. we asked in the booking to have an extra bed and this was not prepared - it does happen sometimes, but then I have asked reception to spare sheets, etc and they have advised they could not provide those at 9 pm, b. reception staff were not clear on how we can use the seats at the beach in front of the hotel). 4. The phone in the room was not working, we had to setup the TV to work (everything was unplugged), plugged sockets were dodgy (a bit of concern when you have young children). 5. Overall, I would expected the hotel to be refurbished (bathroom tiles, lobby carpet), but it seemed to me the work was done poor (bathroom tiles) or the it has not been replaced (lobby carpet).

1. Some of the staff have been extremely helpful and providing an excellent service (for example, the cleaning personnel helped to report an issue with the shower that was sorted by the time we got back into the room for lunch). 2. We ended up paying for lunch and dinner and we had good varied and very good food (unlike breakfast). 3. Room was clean and it was cleaned regularly at a very good standard. 4. The size of the room was great! 5. The pool was good for the children and adults alike. 5. Close to the beach.

Unable to buy food at restaurant unless upgrading to all-inclusive. Bathroom terrible This is nowhere close to a 4 star hotel.

The restaurant tables are always dirty, in the bath Toilet Flush Handle was broken, the Tv its small like a laptop monitor, they dont serve meals if you dont have all inclusive pack even if you want to pay and they have their own restaurant, you hear doors closing from other rooms all night and noise .. all this are not ok from a 4 star hotel . We are not coming back ever!

Absolutely terrible experience. a 4 star hotel that deserves at most 2. exaggeratedly expensive for an unrenovated hotel from the '70s. the room I stayed in was theoretically the most expensive and luxurious, instead, cheap and meaningless furniture, a dirty and not at all comfortable sofa, a toilet and a bathroom (with a bidet separate from the toilet, so unusable). There is not even a kettle in the room. The room had 2 terraces overlooking the sea, but full of dust and dirt from birds. I also tried breakfast, which was a bad joke ... a selection of bad and cheap sausages and cheese and probably the worst coffee I've ever drunk. I will never book in this hotel again. it's a shame it's listed at 4 stars!

The breakfast was very poor in choices, my phone was bigger than the TV, we had to wait 10 mins for the warm water, we got stuck in the elevator, we used the panic button, nothing happend, we called the reception, no one answered, we had to call someone else to make them aware about the situation.

The hotel was clean, and the beach was very close.

The Spa Centre was closed. The toilet was not functioning properly. The hit water was mistly cold. There was no private beach.

The room as it had sea view. The staff was ok, young and friendly.
