The old furniture, sanitary items need to be replaced. The ventilation system from the bathroom is noisy and need to be cleaned/ repaired. The place has nothing to do with Italy...

The host, breakfast, free parking, very big and comfortable room. You can tell that the object is in very nice neighborhood in Cluj, and definitely the most important is that city centre is just around the corner. Very convenient.

I guess there was no excellent view - and understandably so, you cannot move your house to a different place. I've seen the tip of a St. Michael's Church though.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. They even treated me with a free desert and home made pizza, plenty of tea. Room was very warm and quiet. Excellent location - near the city center. Also there is a good viewpoint in like 3 minute walk. Loved it.

There were some repairs in the screen that would have helped.

The host and hostess went out of their way to accommodate me. The breakfasts were excellent! The location was wonderful. The place was clean, welcoming, comfortable and peaceful. The room itself was wonderfully cool when the temperature outside was hot. I did like their little dog even though he may not have liked me.

No fridge, no airconditioning, poor wifi in room. I did not need, but there are no cooking facilities. I could not check in at the approved time cause no one was there, and no one answered the phone. Had to wait an hour on the street.

The location of the appartment is superb, very quiet place and just 5-10 minutes of the pleasant walk to the central square. We enjoied the beautiful view from the window, it is very romantic, especially at the night. The hosts were very friendly and paid much attention to our requests. The breakfast was very good, and we also liked the terrace with the small garden. The parking place was provided on the street, but it was under the video monitoring, so it was OK for us. For sure we will choose this appartment for our next stay in Kluzh!

The couch was damaged and the bathroom was old and not that clean. I got sick as there was not blanquet on the bed.

The location is perfect to discover the city of Cluj and this is a good price/quality place. The host were really nice. Also as a really good point you can park the car for free.

They were really unprofessional on how they handled our booking. When we arrived to the location, the door was closed, we tried to ring the bell, however nobody answered. When we called them, they advised us they they had some leakages and we will have to stay in a different hotel. When we arrived to the other hotel they had no idea who we are till they called Picola. Was a really unpleasant experience. It is understandable that they had issues with the rooms, however I would have expected to advise us in advance.

Horrible bed. huge back pain. Always smelled like toilet, can’t close window covers fully. dust everywhere - non allergic pillows. located next to a school, bad spot for light sleepers. no extra covers only if asked for. no soap in bathroom. would never ever recommend!
