Only one little thing…. There is a huge breakfast variety and I would be appreciate if I could enjoy a fresh squeezed juice…. My only negative comment

It must be one of my best 5, I ever stayed. It was a wonderful 4 stars hotel that could be five stars. Located at the best area, close to everywhere. WiFi fast, room size perfect, a wonderful and comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast, very polite staff . Everything perfect. It’s better to go everywhere on foot but it’s very easy to go by bus too. I hope I will be back

As far as we could tell our room wasn’t serviced over the three nights. Glasses and mugs weren’t washed, beds not made or towels changed. Disappointing. The spa was ok but it looked so much better.

We were able to have an end room which was slightly bigger than others, with views across the south of the city. The restaurant/breakfast rooms were superb and the whole hotel had a relaxed confident vibe - like Sweden.

It's clean, modern, comfortable and great location, steps away from the tram lines and buses. Very nice staff and the breakfast is great!

No parking, it's a hassel to park publically in Gothenburg and not having a parking is for us a great minus.

Housekeeping needs to up their game. Room was clean but we had a lengthy stay (10 days) and they did not vacuum or exchange towels out during that time. Also had to request additional necessities that should have been restocked.

The breakfast was amazing! Location was great for ease of tram and bus usage and provided for great views of the city.

They cleaned our room but didn't give us fresh glasses, restock mini bar, etc. also one day they came to clean, and the next they didn't.. not sure why. Also the shower leaks a bit, they should put some sealing underneath the door.

Trendy new hotel, room was comfortable and well equipped. I liked the Rituals bath products. Everything felt high quality and luxurious. Breakfast was great, with as many choices as you could wish for.

The cleaning department is absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand why there are cleaning signs in the room if cleaning is not done. On the first day, I asked for cleaning at 9 am, returned to the hotel at 5.30 pm and there was still no cleaning. We had to wait at the reception for 30 minutes until someone deigned to clean. I was very surprised by the receptionist’s question, “What do you want cleaned in the room?” Don't get me wrong, and no disrespect to the cleaning ladies, but isn't it their job to walk into a room and see WHAT needs to be cleaned? Or should I, as a guest, tell the cleaning ladies what needs to be cleaned? Ridiculous. On the second day we “did the cleaning” and see the result in the photo below. The stained duvet cover was simply turned over to the other side and the dirty cups were turned over, pretending that they were “clean”. In general the cleaning is very bad

Everything was perfect, only thing is there was some issue with water running down in the shower. There was basically a pond after shower in the bathroom.

Amazing fresh hotel, nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Super cosy common areas to read a book or have a cocktail in. Wonderful breakfast with everything you can think of. Highly recommend this hotel. Great price for what you get.
