The bathroom was small and the carpets in the room were not so clean in the room. Definitely, it requires a bathroom mat to be placed outside the door.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the ambience around me. My mornings were definitely made better with a plateful of happiness, so many different varieties of breakfast choices to choose from, but savored the big bite of deliciousness of the breakfast at your hotel, big smile from all of the staff who has been kind and appreciate all the efforts they’ve put through to make our day going bright!

Full length windows that can't be opened in any way. The mini refrigerator was getting warm from the outside all the time and stuff inside it was barely getting any colder.

The shower was clogged so the water flowed all over the bathroom.

We had a great stay even though it was just for one night. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, they had a lot of choices. The staff were nice. Will definitely go back!

We didn’t like that the cleaners came in to our room while we were asleep at 7-8 AM. We were not informed that we had to put the “Do not disturb” sign on the doorknob. The closet door was extremely loud and squeaky. The toilet was a bit broken - the water kept running after we had flushed and it was hard to make it stop.

It was literally next to concert venue! The shops and cafes were also very close. The metro stop was also super close and had good connections. The hotel was beautiful and breakfast was good. The staff were super nice and helpful. Before the concert, the hotel played music by the artist that was performing that night, which was cool and exciting!

Nothing much but the checkin times could be a little earlier than 16:00. Otherwise great!

Perfect for an overnight stay since we had a Concert close to Globe area. Rooms very quiet for being so close to freeway and shopping area. Not the most exciting view but great for the purpose. Major shopping area and one of the better O´learys with arcade, bowling etc just 4 min walk away. Great breakfast as well.

The bed was rather average and mildly comfortable. The toilet roll handle was loose and falling off, but small change needed.

The bed was comfortable but it was 2 twin beds pushed together rather than an actual double bed, so couldn’t really sleep in the middle without sinking into the gap. Hot drinks were available at the bar and breakfast buffet but it was a bit disappointing not to have a kettle provided in the room to make my own.

I was travelling for a concert at Tele2 Arena, so the location is superb and only a short walk away from Globen station. Breakfast buffet was great, really good selection of hot and cold foods. My room also had a little mini fridge which was really helpful to store my water bottle and snacks. Bathroom facilities were very nice. Quick and easy to check in/out and staff were very friendly.

The sink was not functional at all. Way too small for people who want to be able to wash their face. Pillows too high.

The view could have been better facing the outside for example. The pillows were a bit worn out, would have liked them to be softer and more fluffy.

The reception was quite busy in the evening since there was only one worker behind the desk checking in people. Later a second personnel came to help. The shower doors in the room didn't close properly which led to a lot of water splashing on the floor outside the glasses.

The breakfast station had many varieties which I loved and food was delicious. Location was superb since I had a concert at the Annexet. The hotel had great facilities including a very decently equipped gym. I am very happy with the experience as a solo traveler

I would say the hotel room was perfect if there was a hair dryer in the room, but this is an only piece I was unsatisfied.

My big thanks for a very polite stuff, accommodation was very good. I really like a comfortable beds and enjoyed of a good breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Not a deal breaker but for the price we were expecting a bit higher standard. It was ok, but not more than that. If you come with a car, book parking before you arrive. When we arrived it was fully booked (my fault) and underground parking of the arena is expensive (300 kr for 24 hours).

As main purpose of our visit to Stockholm was an event in the Avicii arena, the place was the best choice, even if a bit pricey compared to other options further away. We booked a family room and got one on the top floor. Spacious room with two tv's, a balcony, but somewhat limited view. Very comfortable room, we felt welcomed.

Great location, especially if you are going to an event at Globen or Annexet. We really enjoyed the cocktails at the cocktail bar! Lots to do at the hotel such as table tennis, shuffle board etc.
