RomaniaUnfortunately, at dinner there is only the weekly menu and as options you have 2 soups, 4-5 main courses and 2 desserts. I think that the offer should be more diversified at dinner. During the 4 nights we spent at the hotel, on two of the evenings, events like those mentioned were organized, so we had to have dinner in a small conference room, totally unpleasant. In such situations, you feel like a second-class customer, even though you paid for a service: dinner in a restaurant. Although 95% of the spaces are clean, it would not hurt to insist on cleanliness in the beverage refrigerator area, because the floor was sticky and visibly dirty. It wouldn't hurt for the waiters to at least try to smile, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is the Wellness area. The staff at the hotel reception is very helpful, with clear indications about the hotel's facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had half board and stayed 4 nights. The breakfast was good. Parking is free and quite large, but because the hotel organizes events (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, conferences) sometimes you cannot find a place in the main parking lot and you are directed to the back of the hotel, in the secondary parking lot. Recommendation for other tourists: it's a good hotel for 1-2 nights, avoid the weekend because then events are organized in parallel. Overall, I'll give you an 8, because I don't want to spoil your rating, but it's more of a 7.5.

RomaniaI had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Galanta recently, and wow, it was such a wonderful experience! This hotel is perfectly located - just an hour away from Bratislava, about an hour and a half from Vienna, and super close to the huge shopping area in Pandorf City, Austria. Super convenient for sightseeing and shopping trips! The first thing I noticed about the hotel was how clean and spacious it was. My room felt so airy and comfortable, it was like a home away from home. They also have this lovely restaurant inside the hotel, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed directions, or just an extra towel, they were on it. It's not often you find such attentive and genuinely kind service. The breakfast was like a feast every morning. They had everything you could think of - ham, salami, chees, different kinds of bread, and great coffee and tea. They even had fresh orange and apple juice. I loved the freshly baked croissants and other bakery goodies. Plus, there were healthy options like cereal, omelets, and eggs - so everyone's happy! The best part of my stay was definitely the spa. After a day of exploring Bratislava's beautiful streets, coming back to relax in the hotel's jacuzzi and saunas was just what I needed. It was so relaxing and helped me recharge for the next day. I can't recommend Hotel Galanta enough. Whether you're there to explore nearby cities or just want a cozy place to relax, this hotel is perfect.

I'd give 9/10 but the waiter in the restaurant was so amazing and professional that I'll give extra 10/10 - our kids called him Superman!
