It was as described and expected! There is nothing to criticize. Everything was near to perfect. The breakfast was ready in the morning. You could eat different food. So everything was alright. You should give it a try.

The beds look new but are not in a good state. With every move they squeak and shake and it simply wasn’t comfortable. The rooms aren’t soundproofed and it can get quite noisy from the corridor or from other rooms.

Set in a nice environment. Rooms are large and renovated. It was clean. The possibility of parking was great.

The suite felt a bit sparse, no extra special touches to say it was the most expensive room in the hotel. No coffee in room & very limited tea selection. Breakfast was very basic.

The presidential suite was spacious & comfy. The view, especially from the bedroom was incredible. The location is simply enchanting.

The location is on the hill-side and the room has a great view over the city and tourist attractions. Large room, with comfortable beds, clean bathroom with facilities. The staff was very attentive and helped us even we arrived late. You can take the breakfast in the garden with excellent view over the city.

We were surprised to find the hotel empty and unattended on arrival but communication was smooth and check in via safety deposit box proved easy. Otherwise we had no issues or complaints and the stay was lovely!

Lovely hotel in a superb location with fabulous views over the town. We slept very comfortably in a beautiful upstairs room with a private sitting room. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection. We would gladly stay again!

I could actually hear what the people in other room was talking. There was construction work outside which made it difficult to find the hotel. Some info before arriving would have been nice.

The old style and small detailes in property and the room. I arrived earlier than check in starts but got the room anyway. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

I would replace some of the cheap Ikea lamps and other small items which do not fit such quality rooms. Receptionists are rarely to be found in the reception. One of them was excellent, the other - well, this is what happened: after one shower in my new apartment water leaked in the whole bathroom, I reported it to the reception, and she said she will be sorted out while I was going for dinner. When I came back later (nobody in the reception) and water was still in my bathroom! I nearly slipped as I was not expecting this. I had to avoid going to the bathroom until the next day, when I ask why she has not at least cleaned the water on the floor she said the cleaning ladies have already left... I was in real shock... Not to mention that this was a real health and safety issue (I was super close to injuring myself) she barely apologised.

Lovely and stylish place in this beautiful town. I had a chance to try all three apartments in the historic building (Resla I), and they were fantastic, with many historic features to admire. Not even sure which one I would prefer, you cannot make mistake in booking any of them. I was on a writing residence stay and needed to work in quiet, which was perfect. The only thing was a repair of the road leading to the hotel, but one of the receptionists was excellent in solving this for me by offering me another apartment.
