Pool was very small and not the cleanest. Our bungalow was next to the busy road so very noisy at night.

Sweet hut and a good place to stay for a night. Having you’re own bathroom and ac is a lifesaver. Also renting a motorbike is very easy here if you wanna get around.

Not the most luxury room/bathroom - was fine for a couple nights, even had some neighbouring lizards come to visit!

Great value for money. Had all the necessities (Aircon, fridge, private toilet & shower). Pool was a bonus however we didn't use this during our stay.

The bungalow and especially the bed is comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly !! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We rented a scooter as well to visit the historical park nearby.

The place is not well maintained, and it wasn't very clean.

Great for a night or two nights stay. The room is big and the AC was great.

The fridge in the room wasn't on which caused a slightly funny smell and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom which could've helped with water being contained in the bathroom rather than being walked through the bedroom.

The place was small but exactly what we needed as a base to get around Sukhothai. The pool was again small, but was great for cooling off after a day of walking and cycling around the national parks. Staff were very friendly and although they didn't speak English, they still were there when needed for help.

The pool did have some bugs in it. It was hard to keep the mosquitoes out of the bedroom as the bathroom is an outdoor structure that is not fully sealed.

Good location, close to 64000 bar (great cocktails), charlotte 58 cafe (good breakfast) and Pizza Tao Funn (amazing pizza). They also have a small pool for when it is really hot. Friendly, family run business. Comfortable beds. Working AC.

Bathroom could be better but is it also ok as it is, a bit Spartan. 12 km far from Sukhothai Historical park so you have to rent a scooter to get here.

The tiny swimming is pretty but it was not clean at the time of our visit.

The bungalows are very nice. It is located in a very convenient area. The staff is extremely helpful and went an extra mile to help us sort out some document issue. it feels like home.

The toilet is very rough and not clean. You can hear everything from outside.

very noisy as the small lane is way more busy than it looks. bungalow by the road is a no sleeping night for sure, upstairs bungalow much better but very poor maintained shower.

No one at reception to help with local info, or any English (sweet little old lady but couldn't communicate with us - think her son might have dropped in to check up now and then). No lock on the door so we had to get a padlock. Hard to find anywhere nice to eat nearby - though the Poo restaurant was a surprising treat!

Nice little pool next to our cabin, great just to cool our feet after a day tramping around the ruins
