The most place is very comfy and the have a very good air conditions that made our stay spectacular. The in room dining area s out is f this world its so delicious and Yammy cheif Roshan is a talented one.

As the name suggests it is on Hilltop, so it has a very steep and long road to reach to the resort from the main road and hence for going to the main market we were totally dependent on the Hotel shuttle service. The service was not frequent enough though. Walking on this steep and long road especially with a kid is impossible. More no. of trips to and from the market/beach would be appreciative especially during the evening. The last shuttle service is at 5:30 pm from the market to the hotel which is a bit early.

We had a room with pool and sea view and it was great but we found some glass pieces in the pool which was not a good experience. The food we ordered was good. They had 3 shuttle service to kamala beach and jungcelyon shopping center which was good.

It seemed the resort used the private pool with the room to attract guests. It worked for us. And while the room was also nice, it could use some updating. The pool appeared to at one time have jacuzzi jets in the pool that worked. But they no longer do. Yet I would not have any problems coming again.

The staff was amazing as was the pool in the room.

chlorinated water! Even from the water tap! My skin was so dry. Imagine if you want to take a bath and it is also chlorinated after spending whole day next to the pool. Leak of English speaking staff. Sometimes it was difficult to talk. Average quality of breakfast. Too much pastry, too little healthy options. Milk was sour. There were tiny ants in the room. Pool has no jacuzzi, armchairs we’re not supposed to use after pool but they were there :( it supposed to be some beach chairs to sit after getting dripped

Quite outdated, the bath tub showed a lot of wear and tear. The water pressure was very bad and changing from hot to cold constantly. The pool also seemed quite dated as well. The leather sofa showed a lot of scuffs and very worn. The hairdryer seemed broken.

Loved the infinity pool and the space overall. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Shuttle to Kamala beach and Patong as well as the airport. In room food service was amazing and decent price.

Pool and view were amazing. The staff were always helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed the tasty buffet breakfast and room service a few times. You need transport to get into town which is easy enough to organise or the staff are always happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay,

No gym or fitness. First they told no laundry and only after long discussion they provided laundry. The reason was - some people complained that their expenses closes were damaged after laundry and that is why they stopped laundry service

it wasn't really a problem, a very careful and diligent team dealt with the guests.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, kind service and plentiful. 5* We never went hungry, everything was heavenly. Congratulations to the extraordinary team!!! The view from our room and the pool was also fantastic. Panorama of the Sea and the jungle in front. The birds woke us up with chirping in the morning. Like a heaven!!!

Outside the room it was bit old, Entrance to the hotel is very stiff road difficult and scary at night. Nearby no restuarants or shops.

Restaurant needs some help and they don't rent bikes or have a proper taxi service had them book a taxi 2 mins later they came and said taxi doubled the price did I still want a ride
