The room was large club room, with wonderful views of the sea and Pattaya Bay. Pool has been revamped, it is much bigger with fun for all the family. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day, credit to the Hotel. Easy access to places to eat and drink, which is very nice. Bonus it is opposite the beach providing another nice aspect of staying at the Amari. Great location.

Breakfast . The property is not meant for vegetarians . Breakfast choices are very limited for pure vegetarians . And the smell at the counters is unbearable . If all the vegetarian options are kept separately and maybe at a little farther locations and may be few addition on the vegetarian option ,

There is no HALAL food available at the property. The breakfast is good but again no halal food.

The property is located just opposite the beach also the pool and the facilities in the pool are excellent including the slides .

The team for breakfast had no idea how to control people coming for their breakfast! It was absolute madness! I went for breakfast at 9am and I was told I had to wait 30 minutes….30 minutes….how stupid; especially when I can see tables were empty.

Very nice hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom! The hotel responded very quickly and upgraded our room which was very nice of them.

Other guests and their lack of hygiene at the breakfast buffet. Kids should not be serving themselves, the waste of food and mess they made each morning especially at the drink station as they were getting their own drinks. Adults taking food from the buffet and putting it into plastic bags. Staff need to mandate this as this is a safety risk.

A little further from the bustle of the main area of town. In saying that, it's still better to be not located as close.

Loved the pool. Great for kids as they have a waterslide and park. Poolside service was great.

We love everything about this hotel! Good location. Near to terminal 21. There's a beach right across the hotel and lots of eatery & massage within walking distance. My children enjoy the water park in the hotel so much.

1) Amari is a trust-worthy hotel brand. Amari Pattaya again exceeds my expectation. I was given a pleasant surprise upon check-in, being upgraded to a suite where I had a panorama view of the ocean. Sitting in the living room watching the beautiful sunset with a cup of coffee in hand and a delicious chocolate in the mouth, I had the most memorable experience in my life. Thank you Amari Pattaya for the wonderful stay. I enjoyed every minute of it. I will come back. 2) The location is ideal. It’s geographically central but keeps a decent distance from the maddening crowd around the Central shopping complex. This part of the beach is quieter and the hotel is close to the Chinatown night market. 3) The Italian restaurant is my favourite. I recommend the pizzas. The oven is right in front of you.

The cost of the hotel is getting more expensive to stay at.

The standard of the hotel was exceptional. The facilities were also great. The pool and bar overlook the beach which is just across the road. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from Pattaya Central

cause we had been at this hotel twicw before we were upgraded to a beautiful 3 x room suite. The pool and restuarants were excellent. Overall we very much enjoyed our timw there. The location to the beach was really conveient. Also the Conciere staff were excellent.
