The bed sheets had some holes and rips in them and it looked a bit worn, didn't affect our stay though :)

The location was great! Everything was around a 20 minute walk away and we were still in the main square without paying insane costs! Also the room is so well decorated and really homely, the view was good and the balcony was very private and perfect!

A swimming pool would have been great as it was so hot.

The desk area is very small and the hair dryer weak, minor complaints tho.

The rooms are very clean. The aircondition is decent, good enough to be comfortable and fall asleep. If you get a room on the 3rd floor, about 40% of the rooms have a direct line of sight to the mountain, that is an incredible scenic view to wake up to. Pic attached. Situated near old town you can get almost anywhere with 40 BHT, and theres great restaurants close by. The decorations are very beautiful, one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at with this price point.

A bit far away from bars and street food.

Excellent hotel regarding value of money. Clean and neat rooms with cooperative staff. The only weakness is a bit far away from night babar and bars.

We were there 5 nights and I think the beds were only changed once - they would make the bed for us everyday but not always change them or if they did they were not that clean - but we think this was reflected in the price we paid.

Great staff, they were able to book us onto trips with a discount! Room had a balcony, fridge and good air-con. Hotel was in the old town area, so close to temples and cafes.

Some of the hotel is a little dated/tired looking - I think they could change the old, worn out carpet and I think the walls could use a paint job. I also didn't really like the fact that the front doors are just left open all night - without really a staff member at the front. However, as a solo female, I generally felt safe travelling through Thailand, so it didn't bother me like it would have in other cities. Re the towels - I was there for almost two weeks - they don't periodically give you fresh towels; you'd have to ask.

It was in a great location within minutes to the Sunday night walking street, and lots of good cafes and restaurants around. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and pretty clean. It was on a side street so it was nice and quiet at night. They gave you two bottles of water each day and if you didn't want room service one day, they would leave them outside your door. Staff were ok. Not overly friendly, but they answered all of my questions. There were a few little drawbacks, but overall it was a really decent place to stay for the money.

We didn't like that , every time we left the room, the air conditioning would turn off as you need your room card to have any electricity.

Nowhere to hang anything including towels which made it quite difficult when in a couple as there is no where to dry the towels for the next day. Our aircon was broken in our room but luckily the receptionist moved us rooms and after a while our new room cooled down as it was a very hot day. The shower is rather annoying too as there is no screen and it is not a wet room so the water goes all over the floor and the big shower head spits out water in different directions rather than straight down.

Spacious rooms and comfy bed. Good price and decent bathroom. Bottles of water in the fridge every day was a nice extra.
