We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The architecture and location was exquisite and gave a vibe of unique luxury. The location was amazing. The staff were very hospitable. I travelled with my parents and they liked it extremely mainly because of the location, proximity to Patong beach and overall vibe. WIll love to come back again soon.

SingaporeSeems like there is a loophole where non-hotel guests can sneak into the hotel via the pool/restaurant area. The room uses satellite TV, which is very boring for my family. Not recommended for sharing rooms with friends as their bathroom are translucent! I can literally see my sister showering naked LOL The room feels just nice for 1 pax...if got 2 persons with 2 big luggages might be a little squeezy to walk around etc
Affordable & decent stay along Patong Beach. There is a 24-hour reception front desk overlooking who entering/exiting the hotel. Luckily there are in-house washing machine & dryer to use (share) for 100baht only!

GermanyPool is closing at 7pm...a way tooo early. When it starting getting dark and the weather is not too hot and not too sunny, it is time to go to a pool, but it is closed. Dont you come to Thailand for a relaxing holiday? Walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening outside your room very loudly. I broke a glass (water glass, nothing special, bad quality) by accident...my fault... and had to pay a penalty for that even i stayed for longer than a week at the hotel. It is ok, but i didnt like it anyway.
Very Clean! Good security: All Visitors have to pay 1000 Baht to get to hotel to see me per VISIT and EACH TIME and also they have to register with their ID. So no visitors at the hotel. Very good

Saudi ArabiaWe just struggled with AC conditioner and others rooms same situation I think they had system issues in their AC conditioner for all rooms , it’s not much cold , and one time turned off for 20 mins till someone come and fixe it , I booked room with no balcony but I choked there no window in the room I forgot if they wrote it in room description , but it was confusing for me being in room without window , overall I would like to come back again but I hope if they fixed AC problems.
The location is fabulous , u just walk into the the beach around 1 minute , very close to Bangl road 4 minutes by walk , rooms is very clean and valuable for price, furniture very modern , classy decoration with white and gold colour I really like it , stuff was friendly, absolutely coming back again .

AustraliaBeds were hard. Power went out 3 times meaning no a/c, no water, no power. No compensation for time lost in hotel. Share breakfast, gym & pool with Baan Laimai. Pool was dirty, had skin cells floating around and breakfast was bare minimum. Rooms wouldn’t get cleaned until very late in day when you’re trying to wind down.
Good location close to beach and everything you need. Relatively new and modern hotel. Decently priced with new hotel. Herb cafe is right next door and very good value also. Staff were nice.
